  1. I just tried to look 922r up and make sense of it. So I can only have 10 USA made parts on the Russian import AK47 by Saiga?   This right --> http://www.tapco.com/section922r/
  2. My AK47 collection grew: Also scored 2 ALG AKT triggers. But Dolomite_superfly did such a good job on the pistol trigger, I'm not changing it out. I didn't know, but the Rusky Saiga already has a Tapco G2 trigger, so I guess I need to buy 2 more AK47's to use these triggers on now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Mas AK's!

    Nice!

  5. It looks like it does have the threaded barrel. Can you confirm by this picture? Here are the markings. I believe it is the Russian import, not USA made. And it came with a Tapco trigger. A nice bonus I assume. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Sounds like a cool project. I might have to try this once! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. So where is a good gunsmith around Nashville that can thread a Russian AK barrel for a flash suppressor? Anyone know how much it usually costs? I need it done to this: Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I agree with most of what you said, but just added some to the red part above.
  9. What he said^
  10. Details? :hyper: Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. That's a good price! I bought my Colt LE 6920 at Walmart a few years back for $1,189 I think it was.
  12. Just curious, but why have the cert if you're not going to use it for teaching carry permit classes? Is there some other benefit for just having it?
  13. I picked up a pound the other day, too, after reading that it was basically Varget. We'll see how it does in some .308.
  14. Looks similar to the Nikon M-223 and P-223 scopes...
  15. Congrats!
  16. That looks nice!
  17. That's friggin' awesome! I hate the rear site on my AK Pistol.
  18. That's what I'm hearing; brass case ammo feeds, steel doesn't always work. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I'll try to find a place I can do a bump-fire mag dump asap! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I second that question... What range was that? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Well, my mags came. Colt LE6920 with Slidefire, Tac-Con 3MR, Surefire 100rd mags, etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I just bought two, so I'll report back after a trip to someplace that will allow a 100rd mag dump. :) I'm not going to sugar coat it; they will either work, or not. If they don't, I'll personally contact Surefire with a video and see what they have to say. Until then, what ammo did you run? Brass cased or steel?
  23. Welcome!

    Xs sights

Those look nice! Might have to get a set. I'd really love to ref=place the factory FN Five-seveN sights with something like that if they have them for the gun.
  25. Do you have and use any Surefire 100rd mags? They work good? If not, we can meet up again and I'll let you test these out with your FA.
