Nice build! Is there any scientific data we can see on those heat sink thingy's you have on your barrel? Just curious how much it helps!

So which do you guys think would be more accurate? 6.5 CM or 260 Rem? I might do something like a 50 Beowulf down the road. Seems it would be fun and a really effective CQB round.

This makes sense. I have a lot of AR15's, but only one .308 which is the Sig 716. Hmmm....

So I have 3 Mega Arms sets I need to build, but I can't decide what direction I want to go (guess that happens when you have so many good choices to choose from). I have a Mega billet AR15 set, a Mega billet AR15 set with keymod mid-length rail, and a Mega Maten billet .308 set. Ideas floating in my heard are: A .300blk pistol or SBR A precision heavy barrel AR15, but not sure what caliber. Maybe 6.8 SPC (if they'll fit in pmag's, reliably feed, etc.)? A precision Mega Maten .308 heavy barrel rifle. What do you guys think?

I own a lot of AR's but only have 2 AK's so far. The Zastava M92 PAP is my go to weapon at home. You just can't beat the size, knockdown power for CQB, and the fact that it has more mag capacity than most pistols (Glocks, etc.). It's also serving as a backup vehicle gun. Biggest reason for that is because it's smaller than an AR15 pistol and if it got stolen, it would be easier to swallow losing a $500 AK versus a $2,000+ Mega pistol with all the high end parts.

It it makes you feel any better, my Gen 2 Sig 716 had FTF FTE issues, it scratched and dented brass, if I fired left handed, it would throw the brass perfectly in to the right side of my face and I had to use the forward assist so much, it bent causing the BCG to get stuck half way back. Finally gave up after the forward assist bent, called Sig and got an RMA. Took about 2 weeks to get the rifle back. They replaced the following: Hoping I have time to test fire it this weekend. They fined me becaus I lost healthcare insurance a few months when changing jobs. They already robbed my tax return because of a misfortune I had no control over. Most employers don't insure you from day 1 you know. But from this point forward and because of that, I will NEVER over pay on my taxes again. They'll never get that opportunity again should it ever happen again. Thats what I'm saying. I don't mind paying my taxes. But I do mind being fined just because I lost coverage, etc., due to no fault of my own other than a job change. That's what will eventually get this law changed or fully repealed in the end because people are not going to like seeing their tax refund ate up in fines.

I can't answer those questions, but I will say this. From my reading, the fine goes up every year until it reaches the price of a bronze plan, or 2.5% of your gross income I believe.
