I agree they should be punished if caught, but out actively stalking them seems a bit over the top to me. The cops have to see it every day, I do! no need to actively hunt for them. It would be easy for them to catch violators in an unmarked car..

Ideal if you need to store or carry in a small space.. I can see there might be a need for it for some folks..

It's not a big deal, but I still don't see where it can be changed.. That's actually what I was trying to change when I changed my name accidentally.. I see "Member Title" but no way to change it... maybe it's a perk when you get more posts racked up..
