Somewhere around 6ft tall.

All seems good-natured so far.

I believe you can buy spray-on dirt for that authentic off-road look. It all depends on what you value. Myself, I value economy, handling and having sufficient power and, occasionally access to the open air so I don't really "get" trucks that aren't work trucks but to each their own. Just don't sit there bitching at me about the cost of your commute as one co-worker was wont to do.

I'm not really happy with my rationale there though. Tyrion refilled Joffrey's cup from the wine that was in front of Sansa (who Shae might have wanted to get rid of due to Tyrion's outburst earlier in the episode) but it seems too indiscriminate. However, I've learned not to apply logic to carefully to TV. -

? Google didn't enlighten... -
Yeah. The whole "big vehicle = tiny weiner" smacks of jealousy or something to me. I mean, everyone has their interests and unless you've been out surveying, where do you get the data for that anyway. Though I do drive small vehicles myself... :)

Removable physical media is dead. FLAC FTW. I recently realised I've been spending way too many years listening to music through earbuds and car speakers and bought a fairly nice consumer-level unit for the house and some halfway decent shelf speakers and it's a nice to be able to actually feel the music again. Can listen from a USB drive, local network/internet and half a score of connectors on the back (TV is plumbed in and sounds sweet. Decent stereo separation rocks). I've never really had much trouble with MP3s. I can notice artifacts occasionally and there has been the occasional really bad encode but FLAC is lossless and sounds really good. Now I need to get me some alone time and crank up some War of the Worlds. -
I didn't really get the movie I guess. It was OK but I didn't see why people were so enthusiastic about it.

Used to get a lot of the kidzbop stuff when my daughter was little. Not so much now. Unfortunately, it's music from cartoons now. -

Judge which is the most likely to get you out of your situation and use that. Your aim is to stop the threat by the most effective means. This should have been covered in your class.

Maybe write it so that whatever it costs, it's covered by the fee. -

I was wondering about the zoom-in and I figured it was probably just showing some dead doves from where he hit it with the sword. I started trying to find more info but someone started pestering me but since they give me money for that, I had to divert my attention... My wild-ass-guess is Shae. -

I have the answer to the sign law. The sign should have to be a very specific design. Colors, fonts, sizes, everything specified exactly. No ambiguity. Additional wordage in Spanish if they want, I don't care. How do we get them to go with this? You haveta buy the signs from the government The signs are $50/piece. The grabbers get to grab, the gun owners get clear and unambiguous signage and the government gets a new revenue source. Who's with me? Think we could get them to go with annual renewal? ;) -

I dunno, they worked pretty hard to make him completely, 100% unsympathetic. -

Gotta be careful though. That restaurant carry bill got us the stupid relaxation on what passes for a carry prohibited sign. -

I have a couple of out-there ideas but I'd just be guessing. May just have to plow into the books. Though I guess it's a possibility they will go for a fairly quick reveal. That seems to be the trend these days. -
A fair thing to say. But I would look at it as something new to play with and hey, you have a sheath at the end of it. Your next knife project can be tacticool to go with the sheath :D
-
I've never worked with Kydex but I understand it's not too bad. And it's probably more compatible with your skillset and tools.
-
If you made the knife, why not make the sheath also?

Have to agree. Maybe it's because we watched the first three seasons in the space of a couple of weeks but it seems like he barely had time to really get us to hate him. In fact, it makes me a little concerned that ol' GRRM has made the mistake of M Night Shylaman and got a little enamoured of a technique he got praised for (in this case, killing people off early and unexpectedly). I'm sure it's better paced in the books though. As to the poisoning, I'm thinking it could have been Sansa since she picked up the cup. She would have had to be pre-prepared though. -
Love it. Most anything spicy in fact. The Cajun Steamer is nearby here but it's mainly been just "OK" when I've been.

Looks like something to get the pulse going. I haven't done any of the water stuff when I've been in that area but I'd like to. Even if it's a little more sedate than that.

I believe there's a saying. I can't remember it exactly but it's along the lines of the difficulty of buying batteries at 7000 ft. :) These days, I'm sure there's even an app for that. (Hmm. Several, in fact.) I have to say that I found mine more useful for the wind deviations than the calculations though.
