  1. I was just looking over my guns. Most are two-tone to some extent. Being either the controls or the frame or slide making them two toned. I was wondering are you an All Black or All Silver (color) or a two-tone person. Silver = Stainless, Chrome, or anything other than a dark finish Black= all dark colors being a coating, bluing or even paint. Grip color is not counted.
  2. Thanks!!! Im sure ill buy this one. it has the rounded trigger guard.

  10. I have both the 226 and 220 22LR conversion kits for the Sig. I also have the 229 on the way. They are very well made and I have had zero problems with mine as long as I use a quality 22LR round such as the CCI. All these results are with the Mag Plug to change the magazine capacity from 10 rds to 15 rds. This mag plug is using the stock magazine spring. To start with I have used CCI Mini-Mags 40 gr and have shot over 500 rds in the 226 with zero problems. Only 50 round of the CCI in the 220 with zero problems. I shot 50 –100 rounds of CCI Stinger HP also with zero problems in the 226 They do like to run on the wet side. There has been a few reports the 220 mags have a fit problem.

  17. Being a Gun owner is one thing. Using a gun as a tool another. Using a Gun as a form of recreation (be it targets or hunting) is yet another. But being able to have a NICE set of GUNS that you can afford to set back and only USE for looks and knowing they are semi rare and not every Tom Dick or Harry can have. Not to mention to have a set that isn’t shot 10-20 years down the road makes you a GUN Collector. If you can afford it by all means DO NOT SOOT them. Let others only wish and cry over your set and enjoy YOUR guns how YOU want to.
  18. Maybe one can look at like this? When you use the bathroom do you wipe? When you work hard and get all dirty do you take a shower that night? Do you brush your teeth after you eat or atleast at night? A shooter is only as good as his gun thus I treat them as I treat myself. Yes I am A.R. and Ill be the founding memeber.
  19. Nice shooting everyone.!!! Look at all those SIGs...............
  20. Ahhh yes.......... Thanks! Atleast I know now and I can sleep with not thinking about it.
  21. Am I crazy to feel like this? I cannot go to bed knowing I have a dirty handgun setting around. The other day after shooting a few in the backyard I was rushed to be someplace with the wife. So I locked up a DIRTY Gun to make our appointment on time. We came home around 11pm and I went straight to cleaning my gun that I had fired only 12 rounds in. The wife asked me if I had not just cleaned that gun and had only fired it just those few times in the backyard? She also stated she didn’t feel that cleaning a gun every time one is fired is needed. -- My reply was ( In my head) Go to bed woman. It is my gun my time and Ill do what I feel is needed. -- So I stopped cleaning and went to bed to only get up 2 hours latter to finish. SO: Am I crazy to feel like this? I cannot go to bed knowing I have a dirty handgun setting around.
  22. Thanks for everyones input. I guess I wasnt clear but I was only worried about security not so much Fire. But thanks all the same I got the message;)
