Yes Sig will swap out your mag. Just call them and tell them you have the old style "Ski Ramp" Also Tell them about the ramp on YOUR gun do not say anything about your the 2nd owner. I have seen 2 others like this and they fixed both. Just be nice on the phone and give no more info than they ask for other than your problems

Humm far cry from my older Baby DE with full size grip and in a .45 cal 3.7 in Barrel This is one heck of a shooter. I cant speak of the new ones.
