  1. Unless your running full auto or at least dumping a mag every 15 secs for 10 mags you wont have any problems with magpul on the gas block.
  2. Most people do not like things they dont understand or know about. Some people wont buy anything that is "under priced" A "Good" customer almost always gets good customer service.
  3. I picked up a Zeiss 6.5-20x50 Conquest scope and I think I will put it on my Rock River 308 But I may also use it on my 24 in 223 AR. What mounts and or rings would you use and why? I maybe looking to swap it between the 2 guns. Looks don't matter just form and function. here are the 2 guns it will be used or maybe just the 308.
  4. For moisture control I have started using DampRid This stuff works really well. Just expect it to last about half the time it says. I put this in my small work shop and was shocked to see how much water if pulls from the air. Plus it smells oh so good!!!
  5. I went, I saw, and I left with less than I went in with. Saw some TGOers there had a good time. Seen some Mikes and a David and Gordon and a Mac and a Jim and about 10 Local guys from Rogersville.

  10. One major benefit the piston has over the DI is for those left handed shooters shooting a right handed AR. There is almost no gases. For those who are left handed and have shot a right handed AR know what Im talking about. The gases in your eyes is no fun.
  11. Looks good! Shot it yet?
  12. What crimping die are you using? isnt 1.238 a bit long?
  13. Most any finish needs all the marks cleaned up. Not many coating will hide marks well. So the prep work is what is needed before any coating.

  16. Look at stainless steel media and tumbler . Will clean pockets. SS wont wear out. Not cheap to get started but nothing worth having is. Yes you have to dry it after you use SS but spread it out and let it dry while you do something else.
  17. Drop the ink pen and print some labels But NICE.
  18. Dillon is making them but as you stated you still have to lube for the 223.
