3.
I disagree - the chest freezers will develop frost build up over time. my upright fridgedair has never had any and has no defrost mode. It holds at -10 degrees in an unheated garage. The milk crates are a good idea for a chest, but its still a PITA to have to dig then out and sort thru vs just reach in. But they are way cheaper - thats for sure
What part are you disagreeing with? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  4. I have crossbreed's belt and it is doing well. Also look at beltman.net. That's about as long as the list needs to go. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  5.
I'll be contrary and say as small as you can comfortably get by with. I have a 32 hp Kubota. It'll handle a 6' bushhog, 6' box blade, single bottom plow, one row cultivator, and a 6' finish mower with power to spare. Unless I had a lot of acreage and was farming for a living, I can't see a need for a larger one for my needs.
I would agree with this. There is such a thing as too big when it comes to tractors. Getting in and out of spaces with a large tractor sucks. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

  9. Wow so many negative stories and yet people make tons of money on rentals every year. I've had rentals as have my parents. I think their longest tenant was 20+ Years and my step mom basically gave her the house before she died. I had a duplex and had good luck with it. I believe a lot has to do with your rental price. The lower the price the worse the renter. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    Papa Johns
Guess I will be going to Papa Murphy's from now on. Saw the gun buster sign on the door on Papa Johns. In Mt Juliet today. Even my wife and son were on board with taking our business elsewhere. I understand its their right to run their business as they see fit and I can respect that while refusing to spend a dime there.
Might want to find out who the franchise owner is and direct your objection to them instead of the entire chain. 12.
Not anymore. The state changed the qualification last year. They now use a B29 target - its 22" x 11.5". Anything in the 7 ring or in counts as 2 points. In the black but not inside the 7 ring is 1 point. 50 shots - 70 points to pass.
Source? All I could find is this: http://www.tn.gov/sos/rules/1340/1340-02/1340-02-03.pdf That says 70% dated 11/2001 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  13.
The 70 points part of what you said....how are points tallied up? I'm guessing closer to the center counts for more points, and less and less the further out you go?
It's 70% so 35 out of 50 anywhere on the black. No bonus for being closer to center or anything like that. It's just that easy. As for caliber start with a 22. It builds proper muscle memory. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

  17. I use a tackle box. Since many of my knives are from the 1800's I wrapped them in plastic wrap. Seems to have worked well for the past 20 years. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  18.
Thanks for the love. Still waiting for the 1st time to have someone to fix something for me gun related! Service, I place no value on service, from guns, cars, to appliances, and etc. I have a tool box, work bench, and I am mechanically inclined! Psst....I have been an avid gun collector for over 30 years and have a good little collection going! So the various types of guns that I have and ammo that I have shot, either I have been lucky or I just might know a thing or two. I love my money too much to give it away!
Service as in having someone to answer questions or help locate something for you, as well as after the sale. I'm not saying give your money away, I'm saying give the store a chance to match price or get close. I would rather spend an extra $20 with my local guy and help support his family than some anonymous website that won't be much help if I do need warranty work done. 19.
Fear of losing lgs marketing does not work on me. I am immune! I am willing to gamble that a few lgs will be around for some time, and if they choose to close because of their own price marketing choices, then they probably did not run a sound business to begin with! I am willing to bet another lgs or a dude with a FFL will pop up somewhere if they close! Anyway I probably don't fit their targeted market anyway. I know how to find deals, and I know when & how to walk like always do! Patience and due diligence goes along way.
Love guys like you. Don't want service until you have a problem and then get offended she the suggestion is made to take it to where you bought it. Oh wait you bought it from online joes back garage drop shipment service . Com and he won't respond to your emails? How that $20 savings helping now.... I buy from my LGS regularly. If I find an online price cheaper I ask the owner what he can do. He has always accommodated me. It may not be a straight match but has always been close enough. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  20.
I know it sucks to wait, but $75 is a good deal. I've had two service calls on mine and both times it was over the $75 mark. I refuse to buy a new one though; new ones have more parts that can break.Sent barefoot from the hills of Tennessee
Get a front loader. Less things to break! I'm on my second one in 15 years with minimal problems and a household of 6 people. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  21. Chance are one of the springs that help buffer the movement of the tub has come off or broke. The smell is probably the belt when the tub is violently pitching. If you are trying to get it to spin or agitate with the front cover off you need to bypass the safety switch. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  22. Nobody on he would complain if they were sending coupons for ammo.... This type of market research can drastically improve your shopping experience. And do it without invading your privacy. What's the difference if they are tracking your wifi signal or watching you on camera? And btw the scanner systems in walmart and other retailers could give a crap less about your phone. They barely work with the .:/?$& scanner! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  23.
meh.. I turn off wifi outside of the house. Those stores ping your wifi connections constantly to record behaviors throughout the place. Even if you don't connect to the wifi, some of their systems will constantly ping it to record your movements (how long you stay in certain areas, which paths you walk etc) - WalMart even goes to the extent of matching movements up with items purchased at checkout and I think there were plans in the future to start focusing mailed/emailed advertisements to people based on all of that data.
I must have a poor walmart. They don't even have a public wifi. Don't forget to wrap your phone in tin foil when at the mall, they are real sneaky. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  24.
I'd like to see a law that says, if you don't want your customers and your employees to have guns in your store, then you must pay for and provide armed security. Put the liability on the other foot, see how fast they come around.
Great idea!! And guess who pays for that??? And it would still be cheaper than the liability of stupid people with stupid lawyers. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
