As far as the murder verse, the Hebrew is very clear about what constitutes murder. Killing, war, death penalty etc were all different words and would never be confused with the term for murder. It is an English translation "error" that is not often addressed that casues the problems. The forgiveness principle in the first verse had to do with a cultural understanding dealing with the Romans in Jewish culture and how a slave with spiritual "freedom" should respond to a culture that had not embraced their new found spiritual freedom. IT was bridging the gap between being spiritually free while being culturally enslaved.

If you tend towards a specific group you need to re-read your post about the solid principles of the contitution. It affords the same rights for all. Regardless of position, race, belief, or any other subjective stance. We have as much representation as we have choosen to give up. It wasn't taken from us, we gave it away becasue of complacency. Ammended means added to - not clarified, not reinterpreted, not a change of original thought. The contitution also allows for ammendments.

I understand that, but common usage has those terms meaning the complete opposite of your intentions. The leftist use those terms to mean that it is ever changing and evolving (or growing) as we out smart the generations that came before us. Just saying.

The Constitution is not a living breathing document. It is a solid statement of principles that do not change with the desires or cultural wishes of a particular generation ..... Thank GOD! Yep, small accounts are where a lot of the car, refinance, personal, LOC, etc loans origninate but buisness and large loans need large acoounts to make those possible. So big loans need large accounts so that small buisness can get the loans to pay employees who use smaller accounts to fund the smaller loans. It is a nifty little circle working there. IN fact if you look back to the Great Depression, statistically speaking, if people had left their money in the market they would have not only made back what they lost they would have gained 10% in as little as 5-10 years after the collapse. The vast majority of millionaires in this country are 1 generation millionaires. It is that reinvested money that makes it able for you and me to get a loan and buy a house or start a business and have the potential to become the next millionaire in the richest, nicest, most prosperous country in the world. Maybe some of you LEO's can clarrify but why where they trying to enter the house if they believed there was an armed individual inside? I've never heard of that being SOP, especially when they can see the guy through the door. Secondly, shooting through a barrier I think is going be probalmatic for the LE. Good shoot or not, it seems that the cops could have given more space, which they are taught to do, instead of closing the gap unecessarily. Both are great guns and were proven in the military test. The only real difference is that the FNP-45 is a HUGE gun. The M&P45 is realatively small feeling for a full size gun. It has a very similar feel to the M&P9/40, which was surprising.

Good choice on the 7.62x39. It just feels more fun shooting than the 5.45. That being said the 5.45 is a nasty round.

Well, that was a Hyosung GV250 (an excellent bike for the $!) and it bought me the Vstar with louder pipes!

The Yamaha Vstar 650 is what you are describing. I have one and love it. I can keep up with any cruiser on the interstate and it is very easy to get around town on with it's light weight and solid motor. Very easy to work on. The other benfit is that when you decide to move up the Vstar 650 is THE bobber project bike.
