  1. How the heck is anyone supposed to know your post count on AKfiles and reputation to make transactions on TGO. This a regional/state forum. Nothing like a big city guy coming to a small town to declare his importance. Tends to rub the small town guys the wrong way no matter how big the city was. You gotta earn your reputation where you're at not, where your from.
  2. I can appreciate it. Tennessee is a very long state. Happens to all of us. True, some more than others but I've had this happen to me quite a bit. I just understand, if things are in the Memphis area, Chattanooga, or Knoxville areas I'll probably miss out. I can offer but I understand the reality. And rarely, if ever will I ship. Just not worth the hassle and risk most if the time.
  3. Yeah, an "I'll take it" with a delay condition is not an I'll take it. It's "I'll take it" and most convenient that gets it. A weeks delay is a sellers discretion to agree to or not. The seller has the right to accept what is most convenient for him. An "I'll take it" does not give the buyer the ability to dictate the terms after the fact.
  4. I needed to hear this like I need a hole in the hand.

In 9mm I really like Federal HST 115 +p. Recently, I've been liking the Barnes Tac-XPD 115g +P. When I can't find those, I've used Hornady Critical Defense and some Federal 9BPLE I've had in quantity for some time.
  6. Bellshire Hardware would be a good one to use. https://www.ffldealernetwork.com/nashville/southeast/bellshire-hardware-co-inc
  7. This is good therapy.
  8. Research done by the same people who did the jab research. All in good fun. Medication should be a necessary second only option. IMO. Stats show clearly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the only solution to the positive across the board by a wide margin. Not discounting medications, but psychological and behavioral are different applications. One is medicinally approached and the other is cognitively approached. There is a direct correlation between moving our culture from a behavioral approach to medicinal approach over the last 30-40 years. It has not been good. The medicinal approach failed miserably and is usually viable only because CBT is added in. It's not all one or the other, but it is definitely one way before the other. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3584580/
  9. Treats symptoms and have negative mental side effects that are more often than not worse than the symptom. In no way do they treat casualty or give usable coping skills. Our society has absolutely lost all ability to cope with difficulty/conflict (normal life) and it often festers into what we are seeing. Everyone wants a pill fix and not a work/effort/overcome solution. While "get over it" is extreme, it is far closer to a solution than medication. Pills only help natural chemical imbalances. Very few cases are natural chemical imbalance. Most are cognitive behavioral imbalances.
  10. Bump. Need to move this.
  11. I grew up in Memphis, left for college in Arkansas, and never looked back! haha. In all seriousness I do not get to Memphis very often. If something comes up, I'll let you know.
  12. Only price drop bump
  13. Tried sending a PM but it says you can't receive them. Could you try sending one to me? Thanks

    Kimber K6S

Willis does and he loves it. He's offshore working but when he gets back he'll be happy to tell you about his Kimber. https://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/127509-kimber-k6s/#comment-1686875
  15. I pulled this down, but family things came up. Bump to the top for a heck of a deal on a great gun.
  16. - No shims or hardware. It's direct mount. - the Apex trigger kit is a drop in kit. No fitting. Like nearly every Glock trigger kit. - sights co-witness with the Holosun or other RMR style optic. These are all basic Glock upgrades nearly everyone makes. Everything but the slide milling is easily reversible. I have the stock parts if necessary.
  17. It handled it like a champ and those twist and turns through northern Arkansas was like it was built for it.
  18. Spent the first half of the week riding to western Arkansas with my son. Awesome weather and great roads, once we got two Missouri. Spent today heading back in a very cold wet drizzle. Soaked, cold, lots of stops to thaw out, and still smiling! Tomorrow should be better.
  19. I would also use a flat wire spring. Several make them Tubbs, JP, Wilson, Strike etc. They load the bolt longer.
  20. I have a like new Glock 19 Gen 5 with RMR optic cut by Legion Precision. Has Ameriglo GL-329 suppressor sights and Apex enhanced trigger kit. Comes with factory case and two mags. Optic not included. $Sold Nashville area. No trades.
  21. Oooh, that is very nice
