BTW - Miranda Rights do not have to be read and they can legally interrogate him at any time. However statements made during that interrogation are not available to be used to incriminate him. They really don't need a confession or to use his statements as there seem to be enough already.

Which is why I hope he dies. Already, we no longer care about justice ... only legalism. Before you go throwing rocks from your glass house, you asked for opinion and the law. In this particular instance they are intertwined, being that what is legal is not necessarily accepted by the powers that be. Whether intentionally, by malice, or by ignorance there are possible ramifications for what you are planning and that is what i opined. What is legal WILL most likely get some hassle and possibly more given certain circumstances. If you don't believe me do a quick Google search on the matter and you will find plenty of stories from around the country and even in TN where this has happened and the result there of.

  Just asking for details. Don't like committing tight funds to something I haven't seen. I personally think the logo ( Tennessee with the 3 bullet holes) would be pretty cool, but if there is a bunch of script like I've seen on some I don't know. The Vickers is a great sling. I also like the Magpul sling. A little different but my favorite is the Wilderness Tactical Giles sling. Best I've ever used and I've used it on several different guns.

For those of you having the same issues I've had finding a BCG I just talked to the owner of Tactical Advantage and he confirmed they have about 50. He said they are the m16 heavy style and they are made for their custom builds. I'm going to try one and see how it runs. LCR is hard to beat and I've had a couple. That being said the Taurus 85 UL I have is the one I carry when the M&P is to much.

Nope. The 10 cent stamp is for the TWRA tax that is in addition to sales tax. When your order online or out of state you are supposed to fill out the proper tax form and send in the correct amount of local and state sales tax to revenue office. That is the law. ;-)

I'm not huge into engraving, mainly because I don't have any heirloom quality firearms, but seeing how my dad is getting back into his engraving hobby I thought I'd let him do some work on my Rossi 92 .38/.357. My dad has always been a craftsman and has done custom and commissioned pieces (mainly knives) in the past. After getting out of it for quite a few years I gotta say I'm impressed that he could pick it right back up. Pictures don't capture the finer details and make it look kinda flat, but let me just say it is VERY nice work. Enjoy.
