  1. When I go into the one on Nolensville road, I always hear the song "You know where you are? Your in the Jungle baby!". It's the closest and biggest "jungle" we have!
  2. Happy for you!
  3. I had a PF9, that I really liked. Got for the same reason you are thinking about. However, I decided to sell it and just carry my Hi-Power and FNP9. The reason is the PF9 is not a range gun (Practice) and does take some extra attention (grip, sights, ect) to get the little sucker ready to go on target, as compared to a fullsize. I felt in stress it might cost me too much attention. I get a lot more range time and confidence with the larger guns. I also found that most of the time I can find a fairly easy way to carry the fullsize without much problem.
  4. I was the same way when i first started carrying, I was very paranoid! everyone was looking at me like I was going to go on a rampage! Then after printing several times, I realized nobody really notices. Folks are so consumed with their own stuff, thy aren't looking for a gun. Heck, I get run over by people all the time in the store that didn't even see ME! My wife doesn't even know when I'm carrying most of the time and see looks at me a lot. At least I hope she still does!

    NASA pictures

Obviously a studio! everyone knows we can't really get into outer space. Just more lies from the government so that they can fund Halliberton and the Bush empire! seriously though, those are beautiful pictures.
  6. Stephen Camp is the Hi-Power expert. I've enjoyed and learned a lot of information from his site.
  7. I figure if i need more than one full mag, two ain't gonna do much more.
  8. try http://www.1337tactical.com/shop/productlist.php?typeId=1 . It is cheap and works. I've used on for a while and never had any problem with it. The SPOT optics have nothing but good reviews and they run about $140.
  9. That's cause they actually used clips to load the magazine. Dang newfangled technology!
  10. You know they can't have "dangerous" guns at 18, but the government will allow them to operate a 2000 lb missile at 70 MPH at age 16? I love the government!
  11. Than you very much! I love my freedom.
  12. I found with a full size, like the XD service, I had to carry at 2 oc to prevent printing. With shorter grips I can carry at 4 oc. Mostly though I carry at 2 oc as it works the best all around.
  13. I think I've abused this excuse about as much as I can with the wife! I was able to add a AK-103, Saiga 12, AR 6.8 SPC, FNP-9, and a FN Hi-Power .40 S&W to the collection this year. Now I just need a few more HP mags, 6.8 SPC mags, and of course ammo.
  14. No it is an option.
  15. Beautiful rifle!
  16. Why? It's like a redundant of a redundant.
  17. Curving the bullet? Absolutely, but you have to have a Glock! I heard about it on Glocktalk.com and AR15.com Sorry, couldn't resist.
  18. Looks a little hokey, but the mall ninja (Angelina Jolie may have some to do with it:D) in me wants to see it. What do ya'll think? Here's the trailer http://wantedmovie.com/
  19. I think the government needs to make up their mind about what age constitutes and adult. 18 or 21. Either way I really don't care, however I would lean towards 21 for a variety of reasons. In the poll I voted yes, because of the military issue.

    New Shotty!

$500 OTD. They are getting pretty expensive. Centerfire.com has them for $399 then figure in $17 shipping, $10 TICS, and $25 transfer and it'll be $451. They are back ordered and you get put on a waiting list. First shipment should be April. So I figured I came out about even except having to pay the "man". Plus I didn't have to wait!
  21. So far: 61% Yes 39% No
  22. How bout some rattler grips? http://www.kygrips.com/gallery.htm

    New Shotty!

Just picked up a Saiga 12 that I had been looking for for awhile. Seems they are starting to get back in stock! Can't say enough about Guns & Leather. It's a bit of a drive from Nashville and always busy, but IMO is worth the drive and wait. Good people. Not mine, but looks almost exactly the same. Now the conversion begins to this!
  24. Welcome to the addiction! and the forum.
