They are the same. FN makes them both. The difference is you have to pay extra to have Browning on the slide.

In 9mm some +p/+p+ gives .357 Sig performance. That is about the only advantage if that matters.

+p is a hotter load than regular pressured ammo. +p+ is a higher pressure (hotter) than +p. It will give you more velocity than the normal load. There are benefits and negatives as to these loads. I'm sure there are other who can give you more detailed scientific data on the differences.

It cast Billary's feminism and Obama's village mentality in direct contrast to traditional family values when faced with these difficult choices. Plus it makes Palin even more everywoman, which is exactly what Obama needed to avoided. Unfortunate for sure and shouldn't have happened, but what you do with the consequences of your choices is more important sometimes in the grand scheme.
