  1. Never been to HG but I've been to the others and I really like them. I would also add Guns for America and East Side. I've not been to Bellshire, but I hear good things. Franklin Gun Shop is a great place to kill time, but I won't buy anything from them at their prices. Gun City...... well, as my momma always said "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.":D

    ROCK ISLAND ARMORY

Eastside does and Centerfire has them http://www.centerfiresystems.com/1911.aspx

    Vince Young

running quarterbacks in the NFL don't usually do very well unless they can throw. McNair had to learn to throw as did all the others. Why the NFL keeps thinking these guys who live on ability alone can make it in a precision skill game is beyond me. Young will never be a successful NFL quarterback IMO. He can't throw and doesn't have a motion that is redeemable or fixable. I personally think Fisher was pressured into drafting a what he knew wouldn't work.
  4. from KT's website: http://www.kel-tec-cnc.com/pf9.htm
  5. The simple test is to only allow people who are invested in this country to vote. That is why the founding fathers only intended land owners to vote. It wasn't so much a way to have only the "elite" vote, but they understood people tend to vote a little different when they are protecting assets instead of voting for assets.
  6. It's becoming increasing available and no longer is it as cost prohibitive as it was. I wish I hadn't sold my 6.8 upper now. Besides if you reload it uses the very common .270 bullet a big plus IMO.
  7. I go with the HST 124g +p. 9mm relies on velocity to get peak performance and from what I've read this is the best balance of weight and velocity. The HST is just a fantastic expanding round not matched by many.
  8. 6.8 SPC!
  9. It won't get any better. I was a die hard AK guy, but there is just something addictive to these AR things. BtW here is my Del-ton middy on my Sabre lower! I got mine on 4 days from order! Mwuhahahahahaha!
  10. Just copy and past the link. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5p3OB6roAg[/ame]
  11. While it is a small sample on the video, I'd be willing to bet it is a pretty good indication of the majority of Americans regardless of party. Really, really sad.
  12. Why not? It worked so well for Clinton, Reno, and Gorelick :screwy:Change back to what did not work seems to be the theme.
  13. Here is what Glock should have done. Instead they left it up to some turkeys to "Perfect" !http://world.guns.ru/handguns/hg219-e.htm
  14. AIM has 700 case for $139 http://www.aimsurplus.com/acatalog/7_62x39.html J&G has some good deals as well. http://www.jgsales.com/index.php/ammo-for-rifles/7-62x39/cPath/12_41?osCsid=a3d1f639f059aad7da0ff6596e2588fa Cheapest place by far is Academy sports if you have one. It was under $5 a bocx last I bought it. Also, check this site for a fairly up to date comparison. http://gun-deals.com/ammo.php?caliber=7.62x39
  15. Easy just strap it to the stock then.
  16. This same secession and marginalization stuff was "documented" after Bush's second election in northern states. People were saying they were going to leave the union and move to Canada. I believe it was NH that actually had a fairly large and well organized effort underway to explore the possibility. You are right that the narrative will be dissension=racism. It was Obama who made it clear he did'nt look like the other presidents etc, etc. I find it interesting that we are as a majority not racist because we elected him and yet still polarizing racist in opposing him. BTW the south votes in relatively the same dynamic along socio political lines in every recent presidential election.
  17. gunsmith and ak? those two things just don't go together. The beauty of the AK is that you can't break it. That being said get some springs from Wolf and a an extra trigger group. If you ever need them I'd be surprised, but might be nice to have. as far as the sling mount they just screw into the stock. Nothing difficult about it. If Hashim can overhaul and maintain his AK in a cave in the middle of a desert with just a rock, I doubt you'll have an issue.
  18. Eastside has gotten two recently but moved them pretty quick, he may be able to get one. Also, the new place GFA deals in Kel-Tec and might be able to get one. worth a shot!
  19. Here's another one. S&B $8.50 per 50. http://www.jgsales.com/product_info.php/ammo-for-handguns/9mm-luger/p/9mm-s-b-fmj-steel-case-115gr%2C-1000-rd-cases-/cPath/25_31/products_id/1576?osCsid=a3d1f639f059aad7da0ff6596e2588fa

    Shadow Force!

It was similar but I like the politics and behind the scenes stuff as much as the action, but that's just me. I'm kinda analytical like that. I did like Cobus's run in with the UN in Libera and the little stat they threw up about 15,000 UN PKs at a $700 billion cost annually!

    M1A 7.62x51 or 308??

Well I did have that wrong. I was going from memory and it has been awhile.

    M1A 7.62x51 or 308??

If I'm not mistaken it is the same difference between 5.56x45 and .223. I'm pretty sure you ordered the right stuff as the regular .308 isn't loaded quite as hot. Probably the source of you're troubles as well as a head space issue.
  23. Has anybody seen this show on the History Channel? Awesome show. I had read about Cobus Claassens from his time with Executive Outcomes (first well known PMC) and then later saw him in Shadow Company (an excellent documentary on PMC BTW). He is the real deal. I highly recommend Shadow Force if you haven't seen it.
  24. Stopped by there today and they said the would be registering on TGO today. Seems like a great little shop. really good prices and a pretty good selection despite all their inventory not being in yet.
  25. Yeah, I really like the outdoor stuff, but not because the end of the world is coming and I've got to run to the hills. If there was some way to avoid the inevitable tin foil SHTF paranoia, I think it would be great.
