  1. Come on guys, it's a Santa ghillie suit!
  2. I also have put the G27 on all the AK's and AR's I have had. I love them. I had the CBS stock on my first AR build and like it very much.
  3. Ahhh, the man purse! All joking aside I think it is a great idea and have been eying them for awhile. You will have to tolerate a little ribbing of course!
  4. It is and has already been started in another thread. GFA is a great new addition. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13962&highlight=guns+america
  5. It goes out tomorrow for the mags!
  6. Naw, I got some work to do. If you notice almost everything is center left. I tend to "push". Not good just something I'm slowly working out. The large grips helped me to not get so far around the grip and it helped a lot.
  7. Maybe with the TS they can use a solid trigger instead of the hinged one.
  8. Pretty well established fact in history circles. That being said, most "scholars" hold FDR in a god status and tend to gloss over this "small" issue.

Even thought that's probably the 1k time its been posted, it makes me sick every time I see that full auto AK be wasted.
  10. How many Presidential details have you been on? you do realize the absurdity of the position right? BTW never made the claim, just an opinion and observation, which I think is about all anyone here has.
  11. Thanks for the view form the ivory tower, but your argument doesn't hold water. The guy was taken down by other reporters while the SS were still entering the picture looking as if they are still assessing the threat. However you look at it, it appears they failed. This very well could have been a trial run for a future attempt (not necessarily bush). The SS have one job to be constantly watching an reacting to any possible threat. This is not some ordinary security detail and no matter what you have served on, if you aren't SS you aren't even close to the same league. BTW the security details were not in comparison but examples of similar attempts and possible scenarios.
  12. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/asia/afghanistan/1340131/Afghan-resistance-chief-hurt-by-camera-bomb.html Yeah, after all that security the Secret service doesn't even need to be in there anyway. You do remember the same scrutiny was taken in a press conference in Afghanistan just before a camera mans camera blew up and killed staff and injured the anti-Taliban resistance leader? How about the shoe bombs on airplanes? I know there is a different level of security, but it is still very possible. Also, the Secret Services objective is not to analyze and respond to the lowest threat but to protect the President with due prejudice. They should have at the least immediately been on the scene if not have taken this guy down. He should have never gotten more than his arm cocked back before they reacted. I see firings coming.
  13. It was kinda interesting because as i tried the 3 sizes my accuracy improved as size went up. I always thought it would be different for me, because I don't have the biggest hands in the world. I might add that the hinged trigger took a little to get use to as well but wasn't really much of an issue. Just a different feel than I've had before.
  14. Now why have we not heard anything about this? Seems like if it was Wright's/Obama or any black church for that matter we would never hear the end of it. http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20081214/ts_alt_afp/uspoliticspalinchurch_081214221050
  15. Finally got to the range today with my new M&P! As some know, I had reallllllly wanted a Walther P99 9mm QA but due to shop mix ups I had to "settle" for the my second choice - the M&P. Let me just say, I am sooooo glad I had to "settle". The M&P was flawless and shot extremely well. I used to think the changeable grip stuff was mostly marketing hype, but what I discovered was that it was incredibly helpful. I always assumed I liked the smallest grip because it was more comfortable just holding it in the store etc. What I found was that the larger grip put my hand in a much better position and my groups (i can now call them it that!) was vastly improved. The ease of changing them was also very nice, compared to the Walther I had before. All in all I really like this new carry gun and will not be getting another G19 or Walther P99 (at least not for EDC;)). I did have one FTF about halfway through the first mag. However, I gotta blame that one on the .40 S&W round that was in there! I'm still trying to figure that one out. I don't have any .40's! Last 3 mags (54 rnds) @ 10 yrds. Crappy phone pic
  16. say what you will, but 2+2 will never equal 10.
  17. Those are really nice.
  18. You can also get Uzi's in the 3k-5k range and they are awesome and controllable full auto. Magic is definitively right about the M11/9 as the cheapest route and the Lage look really good. You can also get a Suomi upper for the M11/9.
  19. Welcome! I went through ASP and couldn't have been more pleased.
