The Patriot Act actually made transparent and legal what had been done in this country for a very long time before Bush every got into office. To that I give Bush credit. He didn't try to covertly do as his predecessors did but rather brought it to the public's eye like had never been done. I see it quite the opposite of a lot of our Libertarian and liberal friends. You can't check and balance what doesn't "exist". Bush will forever be seen as the master of the practice simply because he pulled back the curtain.

Technically there are only 3 main "races". Caucasian, mongoloid, and negroid. It is thee epitome of ignorance that we have people running around talking about race when they are usually in the same "race". African-american, Asian-, etc are not races they are people groups that are usually mixed races. Obama's father was 3/4 Arabic (caucasian) and his mother was American (caucasian) so technically he is less than 1/8 negroid and 7/8 caucasian IIRC. Over on the 68forum.com I asked and a guy just bought one on the 17th and got it today. He says it appears to be like any other AR he's ever seen. He is going to shoot it this week and report back. My biggest question is the chamber and where to find a BCG! The only other real options are the ar15performance.com Xtreme build or a Stag from ar15sales.com. The Xtremes won't be available to at least March and the Stags (great Deal) are saying 6 mo. for delivery!

Man I just asked this same thing on another forum! They seem to be the ONLY people with 6.8 uppers. They appear to be Stag uppers and I'm not sure how you could screw that up? I know they have a horrible rep with the AK guys, but they way things are I might give it a shot. Blackthorn/Vulcan/Hesse.

Lower doesn't matter unless you are talking about .308 or a long action. Then it's a different thing. A normal lower can handle a multitude of caliber's.
