Not picking on you, but this is a political issue. That was my point. You can't separate what you believe with what you do. There is no such thing as a neutral person. We all originate from our beliefs. Whether you talk about what you believe or not, it is still who you are and in turn what you do. I agree some like to talk more about what they say they believe and then live differently.
There is a difference however, in a leader and the followers/constituents. The leader, whether he likes it or not, is a figurehead of many things and when he openly rejects what that position has historically and purposely held, he is making a fundamental shift in the attributes to that position. His personal belief is not so much the issue as is his representation of the position in which he is elected reflects us. The POTUS is supposed to be a reflection of the constitutional principles and the people. He is doing neither in this act.
