Your a little late to this party!

Recessions and Depressions are statistical and quantifiable economic descriptors. When most folks say depression or recession they are telling you how they "feel" the economy personally. I myself have done well for the most part as has most of my family, but we saw this coming. A lot didn't or were in economic sectors that left little place to go. We also had the media and Democratic party that talked the recession into a major problem in order to destroy the hated Bush. Now they are trying to pull it out and take the credit. Problem is they don't understand free market economic, or more cynically, want to destroy it. Recessions are cyclic and tend to happen every 8-10 years, especially at the end of Presidential terms. the problem with this one is we are breaking our free market and the cycle may finally be broken. Free markets ebb and flow like the tide. Socialism slowly drains down hill.

Man you guys are harsh! Didn't know the guy except that he went from selling t-shirts out the back of his car to owning a multimillion dollar company. Pretty impressive. I'm gonna make sure no one tells you guys if I die.

Dana White said after UFC 100 that it WOULD happen.

Haha, with Bruce going down I think the Reds overachieving is about done.

Joe Morgan is a blowhard. He's alright most of the time but he wears on me. I didn't get to see the ninth, but I was sure hoping the Cubs would pull it off and make the Central race tighter before the break.

Yep, the only two legit guys he fought took care of business.

Just saw this. Evidently happened back in March. TapouT Owner Dies in Horrific Ferrari Crash | TMZ.com

Same frame. the slides are a little different, but yes they are awesome!

Mine is a 9mm QA. I thought S&W only made them in DAO. The QA is a little different than the DAO or S&W. Mostly what you find is the AS. It took about 6 months before i could find a black 9mm QA. I could find OD green framed ones and plenty of AS triggers but not black QA. Had something to do with their military contracts mainly using the AS.

I may have missed something, but isn't it a very hard and complicated thing to get a street rezoned as private property? I can't imagine anything the city or Beale Street folks have done has rezoned it. If that is the case it wouldn't matter what district or other designation the area is, the street itself would still be public property and thus illegal to barricade and search as it is done. Now they obviously did something to all alcohol to be sold on the side walks, but I don't know if that would alter the street itself. If they didn't sell their rights to the road property to a private party then it wouldn't it still be public thoroughfare and subject to said laws?. Just curious if anyone actually knows.

FINALLY! got to the range to puts some rounds through both of these beauties. The Walther did not disappoint and was everything I had hoped it would be. This is my second one and the accuracy of my first was proved with my second. Sucker shoots straight. It did frustrate me a little at first till I realized I needed to adjust the rear sight a little left. Once that was done, it was good to go. Ergo? What can I say, best I've ever held. Reliability? So far not a problem. I did do the striker spring trick to lighten the 8 lb pull and it helped it quite a bit. The reset is quick, as advertised, but somewhat long. It's not a Glock or M&P reset, but works good enough for me. It should also improve with a couple hundred more rounds. The HP? What can I say? It is an HP. Shot like it was supposed to and removing the mag disconnect and adding the C&S wide combat trigger is mandatory IMO. Had a little take up and I'm told there isn't much that can be done with that, but the break and reset were excellent. BTW - this is my third and the abbreviated spur hammer works! My first (FEG PJK-9HP ring hammer) bit the fire out of my hand. This one was great! Sadly it sold just after I got home. At least I got to shoot it before it went to pay for the new AC unit. All in all it was a fun day. I was also reminded how perishable shooting skills are. It's been about 4 months since I got to shoot last and I had lost nearly all the improvements I had made. Came back somehwhat quick, but it made me rather sad.

All these threads on coyotes reminded me of a question I had. What's the deal with shooting a coydog? All though somewhat rare, I've seen my share. The thing with the ones I've seen, are that they are generally huge compared to a regular coyote and more wolf like than coyote or dog. Are they fair game? IMO they are more dangerous because they are completely wild but have less inhibition towards populated ares.

That was pretty good on Mir's part. As far as the fight I can't say I was shocked but I would have liked to see it have gone the other way. Lesnar showed what an absolute jerk he is after the fight. Maybe he thinks he's still in the WWE or maybe roid rage was bubbling up.

I've always liked the area. While I never lived there, I did work up there for a while. congrats and you will enjoy it.

Looks good. as far as the shotty, just cut the barrel down to 18.5.

I don't think you can diss someone with the same person.

It was always amazing to watch how lance would destroy the other guys in the mountains. It would look like they were standing still while he would blow past. The best was 04? 05? when he looked back at Jan Ulrich and then took off like he had a motor in that bike!
-
Just wondering if anyone has been keeping up with the TDF. Team Astana is awesome. With Lance only being out 8 sec it looks really good for him. In past Tours he was usually back a minute or so heading into the mountains and with Astana with him...... very interesting. BTW I've been keeping up with the Tour for nearly 12 years now. This is a really good one.
-
Of course he did right the wrong on the perfected 1911..... the Hi-Power!
-
What good would that do? It takes several years to start seeing results and if some are and some aren't, it would double the time it would take to see any results.
-
I think he would argue that he was loosing everything he had (property) due to the issue at hand. It is a little in your face and antagonistic, but I can sorta see his point. The cops should have understood the time we live in and known that they are not going to win in a case like this. These days anything yo do is ok if you are using it to protest.

Yeah I have no problem with that. I just think managed hunting is good overall and stats back that up, especially for building herds. I'm not passionate about it either way as I hunt for meat and not so much trophies. For most guys who hunt where they live, restrictions are probably more negative than positive. However, there are enough "yankee" lease guys who want to feel like a country boy for a week or two that can really hurt a population in a area. Not intentionally, but because they don't know the local herds they don't know what they are thinning.
-
Dumb in that they will shoot anything with a nub and call it good. There has to be some mature bucks mating or the gene pool will be littered with weak genetics. If you have a bunch of juvi's running around doing the mating there may not be a herd the next season.
-
Only because there are enough dumb hunters out there who don't know how to help herds grow.
