    Ive got $500

If it will be your only gun I'd suggest a good carry gun ala - Glock17/19, CZ P07, M&P, XD etc. Keeping the same utilitarian mindset in long guns, maybe a nice Remy 870 or Pardner Pump (870 clone cheaper) decked out. Knoxx Spec-ops stock and all or a good AK. Later as you get more you can add the eye candy pieces.
  2. UTG makes a copy of that bag (same designer works/ed for both companies) that runs $30. Didn't know that when I got mine. However, I've never had any problems with my Maxpedition. I wanted something that could hold all my stuff in the car and this fits the bill perfectly.
  3. Notice the trigger depressed and nothing happening! Some many things going wrong here.
  4. This one. It is holstered in the bags holster compartment and is as easily accessible as any other place in the vehicle if not more since it is right next to me and in easy reach. No reaching under the seat or in some tight crevice. 5. I like to use my Maxpedition bag for vehicle carry. It is a convenient way to keep it handy and mobile in the car. I've used car holsters in different places, but in my Ford Explorer they were either too visible or to hard to access. With the bag I can grab the bag or holster up when I get where ever I'm going. This also helps in those posted places and if I have to switch vehicles.
  6. This thing is huge! Is 'Giant George' the world's tallest dog? The 7ft-long blue great dane could claim title | Mail Online
  7. Yeah! That makes sense. Cause a guy trying to sneak around to have sex with a 13 yr old would never break the law by carrying a firearm. That would just be to risky.
  8. IMO the Ruger SR9, CZ P07, or Sigma would all be good starter pistols. The Sigma will be the cheapest. IF you are near an Academy you can get one of these for a good price. Although it is a .40 TAURUS PT101 .40CAL HANDGUN

  10. I'm no government employee and the overnight job I have is just a step up from minimum wage and it was made clear to us that weather was not an excuse for not coming to work. I drove 20+ miles Friday night at 10 PM to get to work. Just saying.
  11. Yeah, it can be pretty humerous sometimes. What is really humerous is that most of the time the authors don't get it, so it's hard to correct. I remeber my dad preaching about Balam once and concluded with the statement, "If God can speak through Balam's ass, he can speak through you!"
  12. It doesn't flex like you think. It is mostly an optical illusion of the recoil and the cleanig rod bouncing. The cleaning rod is the main source of the effect. Nope. It wouldn't. 5.56 makes a little hole, while x39 breaks cinder block apart.
  13. Now that's pretty funny. It's about on par with the Bart Simpson shirts of the 80's/90's!

  15. Yeah, that was a little surprising to me. I try not to think about it. Maybe it was just a senior moment for Andy!
  16. No kidding. I love the Andy Griffith Show! I own all the released episodes and watch on TVLand every chance I get. I also like Matlock. I'm an old guy in spirit I guess.
  17. I almost forgot he was a black guy sitting in front of a bunch of old white guys...... NO Not racial at ALL!

    Microtech STG?

That's why I'm gonna settle for the 5.56 till the get the 6.8 out..... if they ever do! They do have the 7.62x39, but I can't see it being used in anything but an AK!
  19. Smith

    Microtech STG?

Yeah i will definitely be getting a 6.8 barrel and bolt when they are available. Much prefer it over 5.56 any day. You don't gain much with a barrel over "16 in 6.8 anyway so it is fine with me.
  20. Not a revolver guy, so what exactly makes that worth $750?
  21. "Fluff and buff" refers to polishing some of the key internal pieces. "Melting is when people round off outer slide edges to make it look smoother. I wouldn't recommend doing either if you aren't sure what you are doing or can afford another one. BTW GoldenLoki does melting and F&B for decent prices.
  22. Bottom line is the ruling is a Constitutional victory and nothing has changed since the inception of this country to the overall understanding of business, persons, and their position within their Constitutional framework.
  23. No your super-progressive. If they aren't "human" than they can be taxed without regard and regulated without care. Are you for that? Only "people" can be taxed. That's why dogs aren't taxed..... yet.
  24. How bout the media (1A) or militias (2A) or religion? Are they a person? The thing is, these "entities" are made up of a collective of people that share values. The only way to limit them is to limit the people who make up the collective. Our country is based on people getting together to have a sphere of influence. Business is just one of those. The non person argument is nonsense and goes against the very foundation of the Constitution. It's not in the Constitution because it didn't need to be said....... well.... evidently it did for you.
