  1. If you bend it from a flat, yes. If you buy it already bent and treated no.
  2. Building an AK is easy ..... if you have all the jigs, welding equipment, rivet tools etc. The easiest and best route is a Saiga conversion. If you want to go full out after that it will give you a lot of insight into what a full build would entail.
  3. Yeah. Like right now I'm here at work and listening/watching to "What's Happing!". It makes it hard when I get home and try to watch normal TV. The commercials seem extremely long and interruptive.
  4. Alternating between "The Office" and "What's Happening" on Hulu. I'm becoming a HUlu addict. At least it makes work go by faster!
  5. Here's one where you don't have to drill into your frame. http://www.commandarms.com/product.asp?pID=131&cID=68
  6. It may not be the Doctors decision anyway. A lot of them lease space in these complexes.

    Easy one

I asked that too and it means that they are "friends" in your profile.
  8. Most products are cost based pricing, but luxury items are a little different. Jewelry for instance has the largest markup of just about any product. Here's why, if it is cheap it won't sell. When a jewelry store wants to move something they don't put it on sale, they bump the price until it's in demand. (This is coming from a regional fine jewelry manager of Macy's who is a personal friend) Think about it. Guns are similar. How many times do jokers here and especially on arf.com say something stupid like "you get what you pay for?" There is a psychological association with how much you spend and what you get. Think about the numerous fads in clothing we paid top dollar for in the day that you now pickup on clearance at TJ Maxx for next to nothing. The trick is to make it seem even. Then you can charge what you want.
  9. Good idea, but I'd probably ask a local LE since they would be the ones enforcing the issue. IIRC you can be ticketed but not arrested unless you refuse to leave. Then it is a trespassing offense and not a weapons charge.
  10. Yeah, I'm usually not that guy. I've always like the stuff he's done. Especially "Atilla".
  11. If you can bench 7-10x your weight you are a super freak! Which in my case I can. I once almost joined a gang. They wanted me for my mad nunchuks skills.
  12. Of course in that case it rolls off into the floor every time you hook up the "house" to move.
  13. I find it interesting how these types of threads bring out all the seldom to never post guys. AR's are more "Accurate" for various reasons but mainly due to the round itself. In the same way the x39 is exponentially more powerful (in it's perspective range) due to the round. A kinda "it's strengths are also it's weakness" thing.

    Ive got $500

If it will be your only gun I'd suggest a good carry gun ala - Glock17/19, CZ P07, M&P, XD etc. Keeping the same utilitarian mindset in long guns, maybe a nice Remy 870 or Pardner Pump (870 clone cheaper) decked out. Knoxx Spec-ops stock and all or a good AK. Later as you get more you can add the eye candy pieces.
  15. UTG makes a copy of that bag (same designer works/ed for both companies) that runs $30. Didn't know that when I got mine. However, I've never had any problems with my Maxpedition. I wanted something that could hold all my stuff in the car and this fits the bill perfectly.
  16. Notice the trigger depressed and nothing happening! Some many things going wrong here.
  17. This one. It is holstered in the bags holster compartment and is as easily accessible as any other place in the vehicle if not more since it is right next to me and in easy reach. No reaching under the seat or in some tight crevice. FATBOY VERSIPACK Tactical Nylon Gear Concealed Carry Shoulder Sling Bag - MAXPEDITION HARD-USE GEAR Tactical Nylon Gear for Military, Law Enforcement, Tactical Concealed Carry; Tailored to Perform Tactical
  18. I like to use my Maxpedition bag for vehicle carry. It is a convenient way to keep it handy and mobile in the car. I've used car holsters in different places, but in my Ford Explorer they were either too visible or to hard to access. With the bag I can grab the bag or holster up when I get where ever I'm going. This also helps in those posted places and if I have to switch vehicles.
  19. This thing is huge! Is 'Giant George' the world's tallest dog? The 7ft-long blue great dane could claim title | Mail Online
  20. Yeah! That makes sense. Cause a guy trying to sneak around to have sex with a 13 yr old would never break the law by carrying a firearm. That would just be to risky.
  21. IMO the Ruger SR9, CZ P07, or Sigma would all be good starter pistols. The Sigma will be the cheapest. IF you are near an Academy you can get one of these for a good price. Although it is a .40 TAURUS PT101 .40CAL HANDGUN
