It's literally the same argument on the same premise with identical moral and philosophical points. I can show you just as many studies, journals, physicians, articles, etc to the contrary. There is a reason doctors "practice" medicine. Arogance and assumptions in a dynamic event is not good medicine. Good doctors know that, bad doctors talk a lot.

It's not the way you fight any disease, it is the result of fighting a disease. The purpose of reducing the curve is to let herd immunity develope while maximizing resources for those that need more intensive and invasive treatment. Meaning controlled exposure is necessary and as important as eliminating contact. You need both.

Decreasing odds in one category often increases them in another. That's the nature of a dynamic relationship. For instance, reducing contamination in one category statistically increases the odds of contacting unforseen diseases in other categories. Not to mention weaking an immunity system designed around exposure. The best immunity is herd immunity and isolation is proven to be very bad for both the above. While I am trying not to get it, the best thing I could do is get the virus. Statistically I'm better off that way than any other.

Death rate is now below .05% overall and the death rate for 29 yrs and younger is lower than the standard flu. In fact, for those bemoaning schools reopening and economy reopening and then claim we (US) are handling worse than the rest of the world, the rest of the world is open and has been open for a while. School in Europe has been open for months at this point and the numbers continue to decline. There is zero correlation with closed economies/schools and reduction in viral transmission. NY is a great case for what happens when you do everything wrong.They did not flatten anything. 35000 dead, but the cases are now in decline and some precincts are reporting an estimated 50% herd immunity now. Essential the virus killed off those susceptible and those left are now naturally immunizing. More could have survived if they had handled things like most other states, but it is an indicator that a second "wave" is not just highly unlikely, at least the way it's pitched in the media and by a couple folks here, but also not how viruses and the immune system work.

NY, NJ, Boston have huge death numbers that the current numbers of FL, TX, and GA don't even combine to come close to, even with a "surge". Total numbers in every group with the exception of 20-29 year old continue the steady decline. As to reopening, less heat hit states like Colorado (opened with Georgia) are at a -43% increase even with more testing. Children and young adults still have a death rate so low it doesn't even show. There are two ways this ends. Vaccine, we still don't even have one for the flu, or herd immunity. The latter is most likely and realistic. The objective with flattening a curve is not to eradicate it but to manage the herd immunity through the natural spread. Context and numbers have to be looked at together.

Haha, his "handling" of a coordinated rigged political/media assassination was an impossible task. As Rahm Emanuel said, "never waste a good crisis." They failed with Russia, Kavanuagh, Media, CIA, FBI, etc. If it takes a pseudo pandemic, mixed with outright civil unrest/rebellion in Democrat cities just to make his reelection questionable ... I have some optimism. The Dems have gone completely over the edge just to get to close to even. That says a lot. I could be wrong and I have no idea how it will play out in these uncharted waters or how far the dems will go to completely break a system they can't "win", but I heard this stuff before about Trump's possibilities and the naysayers (even the loud ones here) weren't just slightly wrong, they ended up being incredibly wrong. Hang on, it will be interesting if nothing else.

It depends on the blade, length, grit, style, etc. but $20-$35 IIRC. gets you a mirror finish and sharper than anything else you will find.

Back when I was working multiple jobs, one of which was at night. I stopped to get gas in Madison (don't do that BTW) at 2 am. Had three guys circle the station, park on the far side, then two flanked me at distance while the third made an indirect/direct line towards me. The flags went of as I was the only one there. Didn't have my gun on me but it was in my front seat. I made eye contact with the first guy, grabed my gun but kept it out of sight, and began planning attack priorities if they continued. Fortunately when I didn't break eye contact with the lead guy, they all stopped about 20 feet out, stared at me for a minute, then turned and retreated in the same way they approached. They got back in the car and left without showing plates. I don't know if they had ill intent, but that was the first time I fully understood the importance of have an equalizer present. I would have been completely helpless in that scenario otherwise.

Local charges are often sent up the chain. The original charge/report is passed on to the federal system. Problem is they are great with the first file and horrible at keeping it updated. Local, state, and federal rarely follow up communicating on the paperwork after the file is opened regardless of the disposition. This happens a lot with TICS denials on cases that were dismissed, expunged, etc locally or in the state level but still show active federally. May not be your issue but it sounds likely.

IN my picture the last half of the lights are "standard" size Everyday carry lights. The left half are actually really small in comparison and that first one is down right thin. That being said, the S2R is actually fairly small. I didn't get the S1R because it was TOO small.

You CAN cycle through settings by holding the button down but it remembers your last setting. So, unless you intentionally attempt to change settings, the switch works basically works like and on off switch. I to have been frustrated by the single button issue in the past, but the Olight isn't finicky like some others I have tried.

I personally like: 1. S2R Batton II for everyday carry. It's small, light, flexible but functions like a fullsize. (3rd from left) 2. The H2R Nova - basically the same as the S2R Batton II but has a right angle head and a head band. Best headlamp I've ever used and I love that I can take it off the headband and clip it on a shirt pocket, belt etc and use it hands free. 3. M2R Warrior Pro - the one I don't have, but would love to have on my go to rifle. Great full-size light, yet still a compact body and you can add the remote tailpiece (4th from the left).I'd also love to have that Seeker 2! I also really like my PL2 Mini on my G19. Super compact but super bright. Buttons are easy to work and intuitive while keeping it simple. Awesome handgun/weapon light.

In Range - Troy Sellers is TN local and really great with the unique and Krink stuff as well as standard issue builds. Robert Forbus - is another local TN guy that could do something easy like you need. He mostly sells parts and machines, but does excellent work if he takes it on. Outside of that your shipping and it'll cost a bunch for something fairly easy. Either of the above are local and world class.

So it's over-reported and underreported. It's seriously deadly and is also >.05 death rate. Cases are skyrocketing while testing is skyrocketing but percentages of test vs. positives are down. It affects churches but not protest. If you wear a mask you are scared sheeple but morally superior, if you don't you are a selfish, unconcerned, anti-vac conspiracy nut. Also, if you believe mandates attached with criminal code penalities without legal criminal code are unconstitutional but you agree with the idea at the moment you are normal, but If you stand against it in principal and practice, you don't care about other people and blindly follow Trump. CDC and other health officials have admitted they lied and fudged numbers, yet science and their stats are irrefutable. If you debate anything, you hate whatever the opposite is.... Have I missed something?

I've got the SR2 Baton II, HR2, and a PL-mini 2 (on my G19) and love them all. Even got the wall mounted charging stand. Great stuff and Willis is a great guy to deal with.
