OK I'll be more blunt. If you want to advertise an event that gets new folks more involved in firearms you might want to tell them what to expect, the details of the event, and at least link to a website that tells you what you are going to pay money to attend and why you should do so.

Since a bunch of us are about to have a variety of these i thought i post mine first! I was fortunate enough to get the tanto and a spear point both 1/2 serrated. Not in a bad way, just a bit larger than I was expecting. I count it as a positive thing. Second impression is that the handles are very grippy. A little more than I would like, but I imagine they will smooth down some with carry. Again, probably a good thing for use. Third is that it is VERY sharp. I can easily shave with it ... literally. Sharpest knife I've ever had. It opens easily with a flick of the wrist and locks tight. No play whatsoever. Check out their website for video on how tough they are. This knife is well worth it for more than double the price I paid ($30), which is actually what they go for. Great deal on a great knife. Very easy and great money .... as long as your equipment works. I do it freelance for a family friends company out of Memphis called Alpha Reporting. I usually get one or two a week right now and am hoping they will commit to expanding full fledge here in Middle TN. The difficult part comes in production, but ATM I don't deal with that. They do all the producing in Memphis. Producing is basically getting everything in the right format, depending on order, and mastering the video. We can't edit for content only for quality so that part is easy. Degree really won't much difference. I will add the hours are generally really good. They can legally only depose for 8 hrs a day unless there is a court ordered extension (never seen it happen). Very rarely have I gone over 8 hrs in one day. I have gone several 8 hour days on one depo, however. Most only run 3-6 hours. I haven't done any court videography but there is plenty of that as well.They can go from pretty interesting to monotonous.

Just started back on this crazy train. From others i have talked to, it is either love or hate. It seem that family configurations make a big difference. Having a wife and 4 kids under 7 at home makes it very tough for me. Especially considering I have another (on call) job during the day court video/reporting depositions.

Ironically that "childrens rhyme" was a major political statement of it's day and actually applies today. Sad

My second job, which became my first is mainly 3rd. 11-7 Thur - Sun and second Mon and Tues. I like the quietness of it and that when the kids are in school I get to see them quite a bit, but the I \'m afraid it's negatively affecting my health. hopefully it won't last much longer. BTW - I'm at the First TN building in downtown Nashville. I do get to see all the big wigs at the Hermitage though!

It's the nature of being independent thinkers. It goes to all levels of conservative thought. Unlike Dems/Liberals that will support something they hate to advance a certain agenda, conservatives generally do not. We see things as personal and right and wrong as opposed to some bigger collective goal. I see it as a strength on the human level and a difficulty for politics.

Did you try any Hornady TAP? I've read that it is not sealed like most other SD ammo.

Not exactly. DL do not have the same background database or requirements to obtain. The number is linked to the social and the social is linked to criminal records etc. However a HCP is, on face value, a guarantee of no felonies etc, that the DL does not. So in essence they are as different as a DL and passport or any other ID that is linked through social security numbers..

This whole talk of fairness is ignorant. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Fairness isn't making sure there is equal right and wrong. Like David said that is socialism. To be "fair" according to some here there should only be only one person in jail for every person not in jail. Or one white guy for every black guy ect. I for one like grace and do not want my share of life's "fairness".
