  1. True, but the problem is UPS/FedEx do not comply with the law or their own policies making it near impossible to comply with either. Do what you want at your own risk, but I've never had problems.
  2. ^ This. However, i have boxed up and shipped items before. Box it print label online and drop it off at a pick up location. Never had a problem that way .... in state that is.
  3. In all seriousness I'd like to know what /if any stats are on stray bullets hitting innocents from HCP holders. My gut feeling is it is extremely low if any due to the fact I can't find any articles in those regards.
  4. Thanks for asking. I was needing to wrap a machete handle and my AK wire folder stock.
  5. I agree with CK1. To be consistent and apply those same concerns evenly I also think every woman driver must be sent to Richard Petty's driving school before getting a DL license at age 30, everyone should take a DOT approved safety class before being allowed to buy a cell phone with special permits issued for talking on the phone in a car, and that every person take and aptitude and health exam before being in the proximity of the opposite sex. Oh, and before one can exercise their 1A rights they must have a masters in English from an accredited university .... after paying a $200 testing fee of course. After all ... it's for the children.
  6. BTW - That is a highly illegal NFA violation. I wouldn't advertise it or admit to even knowing people who might do that. The only one I think they left out was the innate ability of movie protagonist to shoot one handed from behind cover at 100 yrds with a .380 and make on shot head-shots or to be able to hit an arm, leg, or gun at will.
  7. Pretty well put together!
  8. I'd love to hear the comparison. I know they changed the grip and blade profile (at least on the tanto) and the locking mechanism. Anything else?
  9. So they have always supported HCP.... except where families and children congregate and places that serve alcohol. That leaves where exactly? The no alcohol allowed strip club? Seriously I can't think of one place I go that doesn't meet one or both of his criteria. Do they even proofread for content?
  10. Not according to history. Afghanistan was thought to be the easiest gateway to warm water ports. There isn't much historical debate about Russia's motives in Afghanistan.
  11. Finally. Now where's that horse?
  12. They aren't that smart. You give them too much credit.
  13. I'm talking ideology, not lifestyle. The ideology is the socialist, Utopian, communist mixture that is still very much alive in people like Nancy Pelosi, Obama, Barney Frank, ect. The ones who came out of it in the 80's are not the problem. It is the ones who changed their lifestyles but retained their values that need to go away. It was a miserable failure then ( reason a lot of them changed ) and it is a miserable failure now. No offense meant to former naive hippies who have seen the light.
  14. By the definition of hippies you couldn't. Those who are not liberal are no longer hippies. Just sayin.
  15. When all the old hippies finally die off and take their ignorant Utopian ideas with them.
  16. Usually the two holes are connected (tunnel). Expansion foam (Great Stuff) works great.
  17. Funny how nearly all the infrastructure of Europe, the Middle East, and Afghanistan is/was funded by the US. Yet we are the bad guys .... interesting.
  18. Not even close. Russia desperately needed/needs a warm water port.
  19. Unarmed guard is 4 hours and the Armed Guard is an additional 12 hours (4 of those range). So 16 total for Armed Guard.
  20. Why are no assault charges pending?
  21. I meant only if it is fresh treated, less than a year old. After that you have to spray for the things. They will still bore in fresh stuff but it will kill them, which is what sounded like happened in the OP.
  22. Interesting. Any more details about what will be covered?
  23. Depends on the lease/rental agreement. Most professional management companies reserve those rights as the "owner".
  24. I know I'm in the minority, but I agree. Now, if the legislature takes the next step and corrects the signage issue then it will be a good bill. as Of now I lost more than I gained ... and that's not just in regards to restaurants.
  25. Pretty sure you do. The Armed Guard license only covers you while on the job. It's not like LE in that regard IIRC.
