  1. I think the poll over simplifies the scenario, but keeping that in mind ... I'm going #1 That is the assumption BG+gun is clear and the situation is clear, which would in that case automatically include #2 .... other wise maybe #3.
  2. I like it. It takes a minute to adjust to, but it is very easy to read.
  3. I would be willing to bet that he won't sign because he knows Mexico will defend him against the death penalty. We already know they won't extradite unless the death penalty is off the boards.

Interesting. Care to say where you worked? Not trying to be nosy, just interested. Other than the price the only thing that really raised my eyebrows was the neoprene bedding. Can that handle barrel heat buildup and wouldn't that be a little too flexible?

Maybe, if you don't factor in the cost of the machine, labor, bulk raw material, facilities, distribution and shipping, ect.
  6. so when is the absent mom going to be on the news crying about how her baby girl (AKA - aggravated assault, grand theft auto, assaulting a PO, resisting arrest,....) was abused by the evil racist police? Just sayin.
  7. Looks like the HOURS I spent at that location and on the phone with their their legal department made a difference. Glad it worked for you. I found the clerks were generally helpful, but my first couple visits I think "gun scare" affected them. The last few times they were more business as usual. Thankfully DHL is dead for domestic purposes. DO NOT USE!
  8. That should probably answer the question of why to carry at church.
  9. Nah, you're right. He should have just left when they resisted and apologized on his way out. That would have definitely made the situation better. BTW next time I get a pulled over for speeding I'm just gonna run around the car till the LE gives up chasing and I'm gonna have a recording going so that if he lays hands on me I can sue for all the cities worth. After all it's only a speeding ticket.

Website says an 18" barrel would have an overall length of 26.5"! Very cool! Cost is $1275 but comes with bi-pod, VG, PG, and tools.

  12. After watching the full 9 min. I support the LEO even more. What I just can't get over is the attitude and thought process of the crowd, video guy, and perps. They cry foul at the LEO response becasue they escalated a situation out of any normal decency. Kind like the burglar who sues when the home owner shoots him. just amazing .... and sad. BTW - what little I know in single detainment is stay mobile and on your feet. You only go to the ground if there is backup to cover you. If I were the LEO I'd be pissed it took so long for backup to get there. Would have solved soooooo many problems. However, I do admire him for not running just becasue he was alone. Makes a much better societal impact that way.
  13. Ah, the Glock before it was Glock.
  14. I find it interesting all the "good Samaritans" standing around questioning why the officer was "beating" on them. Why were they not asking why the girls were fighting with a PO? So backwards.
  15. The Liberator.
  16. I've tried that and even went so far to get the corporate legal consultant and basically they will back up the counter person every time. i was told that ultimately the counter person has the right to deny any shipment and will be supported by the company. I did get them to admit that they were inconsistent and that their policies were not inline with Federal law, but it made no difference. I will say they were very nice, sympathetic, and understanding so i can't really complain as far as that goes. I know just comply with Federal law and ignore their policies.
  17. Believe it or not, church's have a fairly large amount of attempted robberies. Lots of auto theft etc, Idiots who think church's don't use banks and are soft targets, audio visual equipment being stolen, people who are just off, copper theft. I could go on about the number of threats I have received (12 yrs of ministry) from husbands and boyfriends who didn't like the idea their families were being counciled and helped. I've been threatened by homeless folks and one mass murderer who we had previously helped. I could go on, but justification is irrelevant. Churchs are no different than any other place. If you think God puts a anti-bad things forcefield around church's you are mistaken. They are more like a magnet. Why do you think the pope has his own standing army
  18. Yes, but i think Mississippi and Arkansas it is not. Don't know about the other surrounding states.
  19. None in Nashville will and since they can't ship it overnight in state (most cases) they refuse. I've shipped "machined parts" in one package dissembled and the firing pin separate. I know it's borderline, but it gets it done.
  20. True, but the problem is UPS/FedEx do not comply with the law or their own policies making it near impossible to comply with either. Do what you want at your own risk, but I've never had problems.
  21. ^ This. However, i have boxed up and shipped items before. Box it print label online and drop it off at a pick up location. Never had a problem that way .... in state that is.
  22. In all seriousness I'd like to know what /if any stats are on stray bullets hitting innocents from HCP holders. My gut feeling is it is extremely low if any due to the fact I can't find any articles in those regards.
  23. Thanks for asking. I was needing to wrap a machete handle and my AK wire folder stock.
  24. I agree with CK1. To be consistent and apply those same concerns evenly I also think every woman driver must be sent to Richard Petty's driving school before getting a DL license at age 30, everyone should take a DOT approved safety class before being allowed to buy a cell phone with special permits issued for talking on the phone in a car, and that every person take and aptitude and health exam before being in the proximity of the opposite sex. Oh, and before one can exercise their 1A rights they must have a masters in English from an accredited university .... after paying a $200 testing fee of course. After all ... it's for the children.
  25. BTW - That is a highly illegal NFA violation. I wouldn't advertise it or admit to even knowing people who might do that. The only one I think they left out was the innate ability of movie protagonist to shoot one handed from behind cover at 100 yrds with a .380 and make on shot head-shots or to be able to hit an arm, leg, or gun at will.
