  1. Rivergate prkwy. Merchandise has started coming in late last week and this weekend was spent getting it in the computer system. Great things are coming!
  2. If they uphold this then perjury has to be thrown out, lying to congress is out, impersonating an officer is out, fraud in general is out. This is not simple lying. It is falsely identifying oneself as a government agent to gain unwarranted benefit. That is simply known as fraud. Are they going to throw out all fraud law? I doubt it. This is a stupid political jab at the military that will add to their ridicule. 1a has nothing to do with this.
  3. +1 for the Primary Arms. They also carry the Vortex Strikefire and SPARC. I have the SPARC and really like it. The VOrtex have lifetime no questions asked warranties.
  4. Only in San Fran can up be down. Court of Appeals / Stolen Valor Act / A federal law against lying?
  5. Which technically you probably should get vendor status before advertising as a vendor. Welcome!
  6. My first handgun, a Jimenez .380. It was an impulse buy and when I got home and tried to take it apart I realized how soft the metal was and the thing just wouldn't work. I took it back an hour later and they let me trade it for an FEG PJK-9HP(great first gun!). Funny how even though I didn't have a clue about guns, I could tell that the Jimenez was seriously lacking in quality once I got on the inside.
  7. I would at least let him know your intentions privately since there is a relationship. I would then ask your questions publicly being clear that it is not personal. Sometimes we forget that we should be able to separate our political positions with our personal relationships. If he can't he has no business in politics.
  8. Now that's just funny right there! I usually just have the one 17+1 in the gun. I do keep a couple spares in my murse (Maxpedition Jumbo), but that usually stays in the car. My thinking is to use my EDC to get back to my vehicle and use the other 2 mags till Mike gets there.
  9. That's a heck of a knife. I'm scared to even know what that thing cost! Beautiful.
  10. Tesla would be ahead of his time today. He was thinking and building things then that we are just now catcing up to.
  11. +1. Is this G&L new place?
  12. Actually America has more manufacturing now than we have every had. The difference is some of the well known manufactures have moved off and we are making more specialized stuff. more technical stuff if you will. edited to add: we continue to produce more than anyone in the world, however we are loosing jobs in that sector due to an increase in efficiency (computers, robots, etc.). It is interesting to watch. I can't find the good article I usually refer to but here is a good picture from 2008 http://www.ourfuture.org/blog-entry/2009104319/g20-manufacturing-output-capita
  13. Does this count? Cost me quite a but i might add, worth every cent!
  14. Seriously! What's with that sig line Jamie?
  15. Well the job will be good and I'm really excited to get off night shift. That was wearing me thin. Having a normal schedule will be nice. Now if someone knows a Church that needs a Pastor who carries the circle would be complete! I've enjoyed having some time off to be "normal" but I ready to get back to that as well.
  16. Ah, the gift that keeps on giving! As to where all I will say is it is a new gun shop that I'm really excited about! I don't want to step on toes or start anything that will, so I won't say anymore till the owner gets his vendor status and opening date set. Hey Rightwinger! what are you going to be doing with your weekends and evenings?
  17. Never really used it. It works, but the FOV is really narrow and it reduces the eye relief. It's nice to play with, but I leave it off for practical reasons.
  18. You know that you can write off "hobby" items and accessories if you are itemizing.
  19. Now I think you just trying to win KB4NS's title back!
  20. Ah, here you go.
  21. I'm scared to ask what a "raspberry" smilie is.
  22. Jaime, I'd more thank welcome having a debate with you. Problem is forums don't tend to lend themselves well to that kinda discussion. As evidenced in several threads and why TGO David is usually wise to terminate them fairly quickly. On the other hand, sooner or later it comes done to the balance of evidence. There will be no conclusion since the final verdict can ultimately only come after the fact. So, essentially it comes down to faith in the evidence for both sides. I just wished both sides would admit that what they believe, they ultimately accept by faith. The divide is not as large as some think. PS when I use faith i mean in the Biblical sense "evidence of things hoped for, the substance of things not seen."
  23. Just take it on faith that it was done for you benefit.
  24. Start Monday on a new job that promises to be one of the most enjoyable I've ever had! My not make any money, but I'll enjoy every minute of it! I'm sure an official announcement will be forth coming about where it is, so I'll not spill the beans on that. Can't wait! I'm also looking forward to meeting some of you guys ...especially Jaime! Maybe I can sell him some stuff and we can talk Jesus!
