    S&W Bodyguard .380

Smith dropped MSRP on these little gems by $200! Great for buyers, sucks for dealers who bought them at ABOVE the new MSRP! Thanks Smith!
  2. If you had the SR9 I would have picked it!
  3. Very nice! I like those grips.
  4. I have a M&P9 coming to the store next week that will be my new carry. I tried others, but I'm coming back to the M&P. Glad you like the .45 David and sorry I missed you when you picked it up. Guys told me I missed you by about 5 min. Enjoy!
  5. The only palatable way I've had was my Grandmother's squirel and dumplings, but even that is hard to eat. I guess my taste are just skewed, but I don't like it at all. Squirel is a last resort for me.
  6. After thinking about it I think the only way to do this is to simply have an "Ask the Experts" forum and have the mods be the "experts". It would translate to the rest of the forum and be something for reference without having some supermod/"expert" being the "final" authority on something that is very opinionated in general threads. The only way the first proposal would work is to have a general consensus among the "experts" and I don't see that going well. Add to it that TGO David would be the one deciding who is and who isn't an "Expert" in certain fields and that would not end well for David IMO. Of course I'm no expert on this subject.
  7. I like the concept. The inplimentation might be difficult with verification, but i do like where it is going. Most of the real experts i know don't like to be known for their credentials. Seems humilitary and wisdom go hand in hand. Then there are the guys who are "experts" but are also blowhards and while they may have credentials their teaching and information isn't worth much. That's the difficulty I see in that.
  8. Yeah Glenn, you would be great for this!
  9. At least the paper added this little note:
  10. Ah! Gotcha. Late night comprehension skills are not good!
  11. BTW - It goes to the local PD and ATF and it is already in effect. Towerclimber, good to see you back. Started thinking you had fallen off one of those towers!
  12. PM gunrunner32. If he's in the country he does it and does it well.
  13. Interesting, since most of the reviews of people that own them are different than yours. http://www.ktog.org/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?board=499
  14. It's a non-issue to have an old address on your HCP as long as the current one is on your DL and is updated in their system. It states that on the DMV's website FYI.
  15. No. They are immune from legal actions for legislative work.

    big yote?

    I would bet it's a coydog.
  17. Yeah, gunrunner32. BTW, nice job.
  18. Hollywood or not, that was some good technique.
  19. AIM has some good deals on Spikes uppers. The one I have is very nice.

    WOW

    I see nothing.
  21. Maybe this will help on the Levang. Basically there is a large chamber towards the front end and then the blast is sent through the holes in the front. The Noveske is designed for SBR rifles and helps with the back pressue issues they sometimes have. Similar to the Krink compensator that helps add back pressure. Back end: Front end:
  22. Every rifle will recoil in that manner due to the spin of the bullet as it is coing out. That is why basic compensators (think AK slant brake) are angled in the opposite direction. It is to help balance the sideways push into a more straight line. BTW - a lot of the STG guys have been using the Levang so there is not as much gas in the face. Being so close to the end of the barrel if there is a head wind you can get a lot of blowback.
  23. This is a pretty neat idea Universal Holsters - Home of the Cell / PDA Pal!
  24. That's a pretty broad question, but if money is no object the LWRC, LMT, Barret, or Larue are some of the best IMO.
