  1. Reminds me of the guys that think you don't have an AR if you don't have a Colt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Keep the gun, get a new friend. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. One of the best to ever do it, may she rest in peace Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Let 'em send me a letter I say. I need fire starters. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Yeah the CPD mags I have for it have functioned really well with it in 30, 28, and 10 round flavors. Just thought this thing was interesting since it will supposedly feed any cartridge that will fit inside an AR mag well. It's several thousandths wider all around than a standard GI magazine, won't drop free in any lower I have. I suppose that's to give some play to some of the longer calibers, not sure. I'll gladly ship it to a Grendel owner for them to try and see if it works. Supposedly it will. http://www.primaryarms.com/rze-mag-001b/p/rze-mag-001b/
  6. Actually, that's a new "multi-cal" magazine I'm trying out that's recently released. Fed 25 rounds at a time over 10 times on Friday
  7. I'll be crucified for this, but...
  8. I think you have to ask yourself what you really want. I shoot AR pattern rifles for the most part and I carry Glock pistols so a AR that accepts Glock magazines made sense. It has ran like crazy for around 700 rounds so far without a hiccup. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I have a Hipoint 995TS like the poster above. I may have $300 in it all together. It, just like my 9mm AR, has never stumbled. I've fed it every 9mm weight and bullet type I've had and it has digested it. Both can be a lot of fun. Like I said, I think it comes down to what you want and what you want to spend. Pic of my two
  9. Don't worry, I'm the blasphemer that put the "AR" parts on an AK Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Please tell me this will end up a SBR. That would make my heart happy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Done. That felt dirty clicking "Democrat". Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Both magpul. The stock adapter is from Canis Designs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. This is what I kinda don't understand. These people are Americans. I don't really care what their sexual preference is, they're Americans. I didn't fly the "gay pride" flag after the attack in Orlando, I flew the American flag. To me, it seems like we're playing right into the hands of those that would wish to divide us when we isolate people or ourselves, for that matter. I didn't think "wow, I bet there are some queers that are going to get themselves a gun now!", I thought "I bet there will be more Americans that exercise their rights". I wish I could articulate my feelings better, I just don't understand all the focus on the homosexual aspect. We lost Americans in that attack, not "gays". Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Please, explain. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. TED's in Columbia was still stocked up with AR's on Friday when I was in there. Not sure what models, though. My buddy there told me they've only been selling a few more than normal, I was surprised Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  18. Check out a Hi-lux CMR 1-4x Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I do want one of those for my man cave. The videos of it firing are nuts Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I've only had one, so a very small sample size. On the one I had, the hole for the rear takedown pin was too big. If you popped the rear pin like you would for disassembly, you had to be careful not to pull it completely out. I emailed the company via their "contact us" link on their site, but never got a response. I sold it to someone that was fine with the problem it had. If they had replied at all I'd be inclined to give them another try. Not as it stands though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Ouch, I do believe I'd rather break a bone in my arm than mangle a finger, pain wise. Been there, done both Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Agree wholeheartedly on the investment point. My buddy invested in the 90's and if I'm not mistaken a few of his have more than tripled in value. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I'm very, VERY lucky I have a close friend that owns 8 or so machine guns. I say I'm lucky because I can shoot his to scratch that itch and never have a thought of throwing my own money at one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Any amount of money spent on a gun wouldn't make me blink an eye. Other things mentioned in this thread, I've blinked a bunch Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Definitely a good place not to scrimp lol Holy geez. I have to say, just by quickly skimming their site they make works of art. But you know you could have accomplished the same goal for 1/8th the price Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
