I do find one thing strange. The third page of the GQ interview online , is now gone. If I'm not mistaken, that's the page where he states clearly that he loves everyone regardless, and that's there's only one that can judge. Strange indeed
I have thought long about this. Phil Robertson has no business placing judgement on anyone. In Christianity I believe only one being makes judgement calls. I am also sure that if you believe in God that you were created in his image, and that has a lot to do with why only God may pass judgement. Phil woke up one day on third base and thought he hit a triple. Just another person out of tune with reality.
If you're going to comment, at least have the witts to actually read what the man said. I know you haven't, because his words strictly contradict what you just wrote about "placing judgement". Instead of thinking, I believe you should have done some reading. No, I did not just judge you

To get back on track (not really)
And like Chick-fil-A serves good food.
You shut your filthy mouth! I loves me some of their chicken. But....I support your right to say that. See what I did there? Hehe

Something I should have added to my post: I honestly don't care if they in fact do let Phil back on the show, just like I can promise you Phil does not care. A&E does have the right to deny Phil any more screen time as a business, I fully understand that. The reason I'm in this is because of all the "tolerance" being showed by those who preach we should be tolerant of their way of life
I disagree. I think that's Phil. What you see is who he is.
This. While some of you have not met him, I have. I promise you he is the same bible quoting, shotgun carrying, no desire for the Internet or even a cell phone person you see on the show. The shows, well they're skits the family has thought up, that's all. The "character" he plays, is just him, I honestly doubt he knows how to be anything else. I met him at an awards ceremony for the hunting show they had at the time. He was barefoot amongst a room of suits, ties, and camouflage. I'll stand beside Phil Robertson, as I wish I was nearly as close to The Lord as he is

This would be a great piece of equipment for the 300BO upper I'm planning for early next year.... suppressed, of course. Unfortunately, I only run clamp on gas blocks due to past experience with set screw to the barrel types, which in my opinion is an inferior design engineering wise. If they make a clamp on, I'd more than likely be a customer

We watch it. I love the fact he says a lot of things that I say in my own house

Night stand guns caliber and capacity
KKing replied to Duck's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
I guess you'd say I have two. My Glock 19 in a bedside holster thingamajig (no opening drawers) with 15+1 of 9mm, then my wife's LCP in her top drawer in her nightstand. Other defensive weapons placed different places, should we not be in our bedroom -

I didn't know him, but I did run into him at the gym on occasion when I went regularly. Seemed like a nice guy, was definitely dedicated. Very sad thing. I don't know if there was alcohol involved or not, but I sure hope not.
You my friend are a hard one to shop for. :D The Mora is becoming a tradition for me, if I don't know the perfect gift from now on I'll get one of those as everyone needs one, even if they already have one they need another. I was really sweating on the other part of the gift, then I saw a post you made about looking for 15-22 mags. Looked online and all the usual suspects were sold out, luckily I found some local. If you need more mags shoot me a PM and I'll let you know where I got that one, they had plenty.
Man I couldn't ask for any better. Sorry to be any trouble, but you sure did well. Very, very much appreciated. What an awesome way to kick off Christmas
Received my Secret Santa package today. I grabbed it and opened it up while I was waiting to pick my daughter up from school since I was early in line. I was blown away, when I opened it up there was a pair of mossy oak merino socks that are the same ones I wear. There was also a set of Magpul FDE PTS MBUS in there but where it got really good was in reading the letter SS wrote. SS had also placed a bubble wrap envelope in the box and after reading the letter I opened it up. I'll be damn it was a handmade deer antler pen; it's probably the coolest damn gift I could get. Kudos on this one KKing, you're one awesome dude and that is some fabulous work. I carry a montblanc signature pen usually in my bag and it just got replaced. Can't say enough good stuff about it but I was so elated when I saw it I took a picture and shared it with my dad and wife, here it is. Merry Christmas everyone and thanks again KKing!
I hope ya enjoy it man. Machining is in my blood, even though I didn't choose it as a career path as my dad.

Mine came today. All I have to say is somebody has definitely been reading my posts, and that somebody is also awesome. I got a new 15-22 magazine that I was in bad need of (it was in the package, but I tore it open just like a little kid on Christmas morning lol) and an awesome Morakniv fixed blade with sheath. I don't know who you are, but I sure am thankful.

Magazines...stored full or empty when on standby?
KKing replied to Sidewinder's topic in Gunsmithing & Troubleshooting
If I intend to ever use it, it's full . So I guess all of mine stay loaded. I got no use for an empty magazine -
He's one of my favorites , for sure. I'll never forget the first video I watched of his. He was shooting the gong at a little over 200 yards with one of his Glocks. Just unreal

Got mine sent out, woohoo
You know I didn't see one person get hurt. Oh course some people do take it to extremes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnhElFxrWRg
Wow, I can't imagine standing there and taking one to the chest. While I realize it's being stopped by the plate, it's kinda unnerving -
I plan on mine going out tomorrow, getting the final piece ready tonight. I can honestly say I'm putting a good bit of time into the gift, I sure hope they enjoy it!

Mosin Nagant Tactical Gear from Strike Hard Gear
KKing replied to ironsniper1's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
You mean you guys could watch that video and not try to touch your screen to straighten his crooked hat? -
I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda jealous! Good gift

But, you have to think too, the only thing it can do is take out any play. Can't separate them any more than what your take down and pivot pins allow. I've got a couple billet lowers with the feature, though I've never actually used it, I think it's a good idea if nothing else
