  1. Its a shame that you have to do that. No one should have to buy those for their kids.

    .22 1911

Finally caved in and decided to buy a .22. What is the best and least expensive .22 1911 you  can find. I know best and least expensive dont go well together, but I want something to start plinkling with. And I am sorry, but I am set on it being a 1911.
  3. First was the college, then it was the two officers and now another high school? Guezz, so much for not demonizing firearms owners. But the bigger question is this:   Why is this trend not declining and in fact getting far and far worse? Pretty soon, everyone will be demonized for even looking at each other at the rate we are going.   Im just trying to get some insight to this, since to me, it makes no sence at all.
  4. Its so small......... As much as I love the 1911 platform, I cant find in the compacts as sexy for some reason. BTW, I am not knocking your 1911.

    bad coffee day

And this is why I dont drink that stuff. Any and all burns are painful, but think of it as a sign for you to abandon such a repulsive drink.

    Airsoft

Yeah. I gave one of my rifles to my brother and honestly im proud that he doesnt do anything crazy with it. In fact, it mothballs in a corner. Just like my airsoft rifle.

    Last battle rifle

Which is why it wasnt on my list. But do I want one, yes. I thing it was more of a publicity move by them. Cant see any other reason.

So many of us can say the exact same thing for a LOT of things. Not just firearms.

    Airsoft

I left airsoft because of work. I still have a few guns laying around. Its just sad that I was convinced to buy a new gun. Sure it was cheap, but it would have been the money for a real pistol. But then I wouldnt have the joy of shooting little kids and their parents with it. All is fair in the field.

    Airsoft

Its been a few years since I last played with an airsoft gun. My friends decided to start playing again. After much whining they convinced me to go and buy an airsoft gun. I now own an Ak74u with upgraded internals and its making me want the real thing even more. $340 down the drain. That could have been a PT 92........

    Last battle rifle

Yes, but its from the Kalashnikov family.
  12. I want to buy one, and mount all the rifle parts to it and then display it.
  13. Whats up with it looking so bad. Why cant they bring back the sexyness of the PPK?
  14. Nope. At least I know it can stop something smaller. And its not even my favorite tank. Its just the most affordable to the civilian market. Cheaper than an MRAP too.   Forgot about the fuel. I think its diesel, so it wont be too much of an issue.
  15. I wanna see your beloved mrap stop a 120mm shell.

    Sig P226 in .40

Bought two boxes of ammo and hoping to get some range time soon.
  17. If you get third shift, be warned of one of my friends. He can clear the line with one fart.
  18. I guess being 5'7" payed off. And plus, fixing all those minor inconveniences will be that much sweeter.   This should be the next TGO group buy. We all get one, and drive it to dave's house. And once in a while, we go and have fun. After we get a few more, we can have a mock battle. All we need is to get the cannons to fire a bucket of paint. It will be messy fun!

    Spring Field 1903 A2

I was at work, spelling goes out the window when you are sneaking a website here and there.
  20. Its not for that. Comprehensive. Floods, fires, tornadoes. Now that is what always scares me the most. Even tho its a tank, bad things can still happen.

    Spring Field 1903 A2

Ill get some photos. Never really cared for springs fields, but I dont have a bolt action.
  22. This is was manufactured around 1917 according to the serial numbers. Its all matching parts. How much do you guys think one of these could go for?

Now is a 50/50 between the FN 49 and the M14.....
  24. Not delivered. Its about 10k for this company in Georgia to deliver it. 11k if you want it fast and they have to go thru germany. Best part, its delivered right to your door. Thats right, a big ass truck comes rolling down your suburban neighborhood (unless you live in the country) and they drop it off your driveway. So for around 41k, you have a repainted and mechanically sound tank taken strait to your door. Wanna see the neighborhood association fight that as I am driving thru their damn flowerbeds.  Insuring it will take some pure ingenuity. No company is going to flat out insure a tank, but you have to sell them how its a converted farm tractor without revealing what is true nature is. The sad part, I made a few international calls to a base in bosnia and they have around 180 of them just sitting there. And they let you choose which one you want, and they also let you do anything to it short of bringing the main cannon "online" sort of speak.

Im gonna have to skip the browning. But out of sheer curiosity, how much does an fn49 go for and how hard is it to find?
