  1. Being from spring hill, there is nothing here. We have two bars. One behind a church and one close to kroeger off port royal road. Other than that, NOTHING.
  2. [quote name="Dolomite_supafly" post="1205017" He told me all a person needs is a bolt action rifle.[/quote] Wasnt that hitlers philosophy on rifles during WWII?
  3. STG 44 FG 42 MG 42 Lazer blaster
  4. Only reason I am going is my group of friends is rather diverse. And not one civic. RX8's, Evos, Z's, WRX's, BRZ's, supras. And it will be fun for a few hours, which is what really matters.
  5. Dont know what to say about the BK one. But as far as the oil, I would have been very aggravated as well. Specially since my car has to use a specific oil. Good thing I do my own oil changes.
  6. Dont hate, but import alliance is coming to town this weekend. Any fellow TGOers going?
  7. I know life isnt fair. I already found a cool job that I will hopefully get and hope it turns out great. The only reason I told him to hire better employees is due to the fact that the ones he "hand picked" stole $1000s worth of phones and were terrible in general.

    Fury

I got a bunch of angry glares when I started laughing when the 8.8 blew the commanders head. And that tiger would have owned the shermans if it had an experienced crew.
  9. Im almost positive he graduated a class after mine. I hope those SOB's get whats coming.
  10. I never burned any bridges. My manager gave me a stellar backing. But the so called president found out about it and called them back.  HE is the one who has in it for me. Because I stoop up to him and told him what was wrong with the company, and how one can only get shoved under the door for so long.  Oh well, different field it is.
  11. Turns out my "old boss" is hell bent on sprint never hiring me again at least in the middle tn area. Going to fall back option two. And how would one handle something like this? I mean, I want to punch his lights out, but thats not civilized and can he even do that? As in when someone calls him, say a bunch of complete bullshit so I wont get hired?
  12. If only I could afford the conversion kit to make my C93 full auto. Oh well.
  13. Long story. But I would rather not get into it.
  14. They took all my client data out of my binder, but I keep regular contact with some of them and will be directing them to a new store. I was terminated and thus can file for unemployment, but I will only do so as a last resort.  I went in today to return the shirts I had (decided to NOT use them as towels for my car) and heard them interviewing someone.  I didnt know interviewers are supposed to grill and make fun of someone who is applying.  All I know is that they will not find someone who will be on call and drive over a 100 miles to cover someones shift.   And I also get the comfort of knowing the inept "company president" lives across the street from my grandmother. So now, if hell freezes over and I visit her, I can tell them both to suck it in one trip.
  15. Ill accept that challenge.
  16. I worked for a non sprint owned store.   I kept my cool. I wanted to make heads spin (glad I developed amazing self control over the years from dealing with people). But I honestly doubt they are going to do anything at all. They can try, but the sheer level of incompetence from the management is astounding. No bags for two weeks, cheap on the security system (it is working half way and they wont pay to fix it), laughable hiring track record. Understaffed, having out commissions cut. Honestly felt like working for congress. Just somehow worse.  Saw many good people get fired and pushed out because someone who cant direct anything, things he knows how to run the world.
  17. Saw this coming from a mile way. Was planning on placing my resignation on Thursday to give them two weeks to hire a semi decent replacement. Well they beat me to the punch. Where not too happy when I outline the faults with the management and the awful record of employment selection. But now they have their wish with getting rid of the last original.  Good thing I have another opportunity lined up, and am grateful for it.  But I cannot wait to walk in there tomorrow, drop off my shirts and walk out with my binder full of sales leads and plans.  And when they ask me "whats in there and what are you taking", I will tell new the "manager" my sales and customers that will not be going to your store.   Oddly enough. I feel great. I never said no, covered shifts at locations that where over 100 miles round trip and havent had a vacation in three years. Hell, I will go shooting tomorrow to celebrate. And enjoy my last day of fall break.
  18. I was able to make a acura mdx handle like a sports car. But the crap feedback on the steering and angling during sharp corners made it for an awful high speed car.  After owning the RX8, it will be tough finding a better handling car at a normal price range thats bigger than a miata.  But the quad rotor bel air just entered planning stage. And I am honestly thinking about selling my guns to fund this crazy pipe dream.
  19. I am about to rebuild my bel air's engine from scratch. And am probably going to piss off a TON of purists out there. Got myself two 13b rotaries that I was thinking about sticking into the old gal. And then driving her to the good guys car show and have them hate me. American classic with japanese power. BTW, I wonder how well your "140mph couch" does in a sharp turn.
  20. Dont look at it as buying a pet. But rather as acquiring a friend. And the right choice for a friend is a dachshund.
  21. Fords- Fix Or Recycle Dilemma  Dodge- Dead Or Dying Garbage Emitter  Chevrolet- Constantly Having Every Vehicle Recalled Over Lousy Engineering Techniques Mazda- Most Always Zipping Dangerously Along  Audi- Always Undermining Deutsche Intelligence  Chrysler- Can Hear Revs, Yet Sense Little Engine Reaction Mercury- Massive Engines Run Curiously Underpowered Rolling Yawnbarges Nissan- Nasty Import Styles Seem All Normal Toyota- Totally Ordinary Yawn-Optimizing Tedious Autos       Come at me bro. I have owned at least one car from each of these brands and dodge/chrysler and audi are my top two hated.  I hope this offends at least one person on the forum. I know there are car guys around.
  22. You might find a used one cheaper on craigslist. But $400 is the normal price for the non kinect version.
  23. I also had a 91 1500 short bed with the 4.3l mated to a 5 speed. Hated it. Short beds have no place for a single cab truck.
  24. I got around 18-20mpg on my chevy. It was a 1999 1500 with the venerable 4.3L.  I do miss that truck tho.
  25. My car is debadged. But the curves and rear mini suicide doors make it hard to miss.
