This is what mine looks like. Leaned the hard way that I need an allen key in the grip compartment at all times. But now, all my rifles are the same style, side charging one way or another.

I am trying to renew the membership, and all it says is " You are only allowed to purchase one of this product, and you have already done so. " I tried clearing the order, but it didnt work. Any way I might be able to fix this?
-
Thats why I got it. The ak was designed with this feature in mind, and I do like the simplicity out it. And its a HUGE plus to be able to reload and keep sights on target at all times.

I used to have two 1911 from Umarex. After a break in period of 200 rounds, they were great. Dont know about any of their air rifles though.

I decided to build a side charging rifle a month ago, and the built came together quite nicely. Aside from having the bolt always exposed, has anyone have any complaints out of side chargers? I seems like a great platform and I cant wait to get some range time with it. I would upload a photo, but its too big.

I had this car for half a decade now. And so far, i have maybe a grand total of 200 driven. All I have to do is find a replacment bell housing, which is for some odd reason hard on a 250 strait six, but can be found all day and everywhere for any V8.

As my profile picture suggest, I have a 68 bel air. After neglecting her for the past three years, I decided to get her driving again. Dropped a new jasper rebuilt motor, new clutch, new flywheel, carb, fuel tank and the list goes on. Got her finished last month. First drive, column bushings completely gave out. Dropped a hurst floor shifter. Got her up and going. Put new tires and decided to test her on the highway for a short trip. Didnt make out of the exit ramp before she decided being good was too much to ask. The new ujoint broke, and decided to hang on just enough to shake the transmission enough to crack the bell housing completely in half. I swear, I am extremely close to buying about 100lbs of tannerite and using her as spectacular longer distance target.

Thats whats was driving me mad, it all looks perfect. Thats the odd part. Before it was after every single shot without a fail. Flipped the spring and put in a new safety and then it started to fire one, two, or three rounds and then the safety hangs again. I was hoping for a simple fix, but I'll just replaced the whole trigger assembly. Oh well.

I have the PTR for a few years now and its awesome. Except for my damn paratrooper stock. Got to keep the jaw open to fire it. Otherwise, fantastic shooter, slightly annoying to clean.
-
The trigger still resets. The springs are right. I went head and ordered a few extra triggers, springs, disconnectors, and a bunch of other parts just to keep on hand. This should cover the repairs. And I also contacted psa about the defect. On a side note, anyone seen the magpul UBR gen 2 stock? I need one. The acl-s is pretty good, but that UBR, damn.
-
Ill take one tomorrow. I took the grouping apart and everything was where it is supposed to go. I did go back and make sure the safety detent wasnt upside down. One thing that bugged me is the holding pin would not fit thru disconnector and i had to widen it out a little bit. Now that I think about it, it is either the disconnector or the disconnector spring that seem to be the culprits.

I have built quite a few ar 15's so far, and this the the first that is malfunctioning on me. The ar will fire, but I have to cycle the safety every time to do it. The detend and spring is fine, I went ahead and replaced them along with a new safety. Now it will fire one, two or possably three times and then it hangs and I have to flip the safety again. Could this be a trigger group issue? If so, this will be the first bad trigger group I have ever got from PSA.

thats wonderful to know. Still not getting rid of her.
-
I though you couldnt sell home built rifles in tn.
-
I built mine from scratch. Used a machine shop and got the second lower right. So yeah, I cant sell her. On the other hand, I really wanna try to machine a PSL next.

closest one I can think of is Tom in franklin. He's the owner of lock stock and barrel. He does damn fine work, but he has a LONG waiting list

Anyone know how good their rifle parts are? They have a .50 beowulf upper that I want and been wondering if anyone has used them in the past.
-
Looking to start a new project. I have a .50 beowulf build in mind and in reach. I am looking at a KMTactical upper and was wondering if anyone ever had dealt with them. I love PSA, but they dont offer much in exotic calibers. The other question is, how hard is it to paint a barrel, as in the right paint.

Good read, but so many spelling errors.

If trump picks a war it will be with Russia or China. And both of those will be very bad. China the worst since they hold most of the US trillions of debt. And as far as those protesting jackasses, they are not helping anyone except to make themselves look even worse.
-
Truthfully, they all suck. My only issue is that he will probably start a war with someone. And 60% of the things he says makes no sense. Im not voting for him but I do find rather amusing that his side has been non violent, while the other is creating violence at every chance they get. Do they not realize that it is doing nothing but making them look worse?

I cut my finger really well closing a kobalt box cutter knife. Learned first hand how sharp a titanium blade is. Didnt even feel the cut.
-
Had this issue happen to two of the 3 rams 1500's I have owned. Never had this happen to my 99 silverado 1500 (new body style). Shorty after that, I went with manuals. So much easier to diagnose the problems and worse case, takes maybe two hours to replace a clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing and anything as such. Even my new 2016 Mazda 3 is a six speed manual.
-
That would be perfect for a baretta or highpoint carbine conversion.
-
except for the bel air. Ran into a snag with the new motor and taking her to my dad's mechanic next saturday. As soon as she is done, strait to the body shop to get the body work done and paint. Going to completely murder her out. Add red halos on the lights and red led's behind the grill. But I figured, a work car, a nice driving car, and a (once completed) bad ass ride in general make sense. And not really a mood thing, since the 3s gets 31.1 mpg, the 3 hatch around 40 and god knows what that strait six gets with that AWFUL gearing. But they did have a 2015 sting ray. I just couldnt find a good enough reason to buy it. Still no mid life crisis point yet.
