  1. That's awesome!
  2. Nice! I need to get some Marschal grips for when I fix up my SIG P6.
  3. Welcome!
  4. The only problem with that is, a Glock 18 is a post-86 machinegun and cannot be owned by us lowly civilians. Unless you are a NFA dealer (w/ a demo letter) or a government agency, owning a Glock 18 is out of reach. They are damn fun to shoot, though.
  5. Is this for a laptop or desktop? I have some old laptop memory around here somewhere. If that is what you need, I will try and dig it up.
  6. Welcome!
  7. That will probably work. Here is his full address and contact info: http://www.police.nashville.org/bureaus/chief/default.htm
  8. I found this online. You might see if they fit what you are hearing on the scanner. http://www.bearcat1.com/radiotn.htm
  9. Here is the 2008 election map by county:
  10. +1 I am really surprised that Alcoa stock has not increased since the election. We should have a TGO version of this: http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=812403
  11. Nice. Support for Obama and the People Nation alliance, all rolled into one. :-\
  12. Sorry to hear this. Hawks are awesome birds. The cold weather we had may have got to him.
  13. I have had a G36 for several years, I bought it back when they first came out. The G36 is roughly the size of a G19/23 (except thickness), so it is a little larger than the G26/27. I find the recoil very manageable. I used it to go through my HCP class. It was accurate, and performed flawlessly. As a matter fact, I don't recall ever having any sort of malfunction with it, at all. The G36 seems to get a bad reputation, but I would have to disagree. Mine has been great.
  14. This thing doesn't even have any co-sponsors, it won't go anywhere. It won't even make it out of committee.
  15. Was J&T at the show?
  16. I went down to the DL station in Columbia to apply for my HCP. They were pretty quick.
  17. Two thumbs up the the US Airways crew! Great job!
  18. No. Not worried at all.
  19. What's with all the Nancy Van Camp bashing? I still like her. All TV personalities are drama queens. They are all fighting to get more air time, and they really ham it up when they are on screen.
  20. My favorite is Nancy Van Camp (Channel 4 weather).
  21. Already a thread on this: http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16089
  22. Your packet will answer a lot of questions, also you can contact your local ATF office if you have any questions. As stated before, a C&R license allows you to acquire C&R firearms for your collection. It is not a license to deal or do business in C&R firearms. That would require an 01 FFL. You are allowed to dispose of C&R firearms from your collection, but you must be very, very careful how you do this. Using your example above: buying 10 Nagants and then turning around and selling 5 or 6 of them to others would likely have the ATF view you as an unlicensed dealer. You can use your imagination as to what would happen next. It won't be pretty. If you are wanting to hook up your friends and family with good deals on firearms, you need to apply for an 01 FFL. You cannot use your 03 FFL for that purpose.
  23. Here is a pretty good bound book. http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.ACCT107430/it.A/id.556/.f?sc=23&category=349
