  2. For revolvers, I will run through a box of 50 just to make sure everything is working. For pistols, I like to put 250 rounds of FMJ and 100 rounds of my carry ammo down the pipe before I will carry it.
  3. 67 cents per round for WWB. What a deal!!
  4. I am in there. HCP info has always been public record. We need to lobby our legislators to make it private. We tried before, but Naifeh shot it down. (BTW: Naifeh is in the database)
  5. I don't know why they won't show you the law. I just did, so now you know. You asked where in Title 26 it says you must pay taxes, I posted it. Yes, Title 26 is law, and it has the force of law. Title 26 USC 7201:
  6. Once again, you are just throwing out words while refusing to back up your claims. Okay, you misspoke. I will still ask you to back up your claims: Please post where in the Constitution that wages are only defined as being corporate. Article/Section/Amendment? Please post where in the Constitution it says that verbiage, grammar and punctuation mistakes invalidate an Amendment. Article/Section/Amendment? Article V of the Constitution deals with the amendment process, and I see nothing in there about that. What rules in the Constitution are you talking about. Article/Section/Amendment? I can't speak for exactly why federal courts have refused to allow evidence, but I would imagine it is because no such evidence exists, and any claims are spurious and without merit. Please post the names of these court cases and I will give them a look.
  7. 26 USC 6151(a) would seem disagree with you: I am sure you have some delusion as to why this does not apply to you, so let's hear it. And please post the proof (law, constitution) as to why it would not apply.
  8. In typical fashion, you keep making all these statements, yet you conveniently fail to produce any proof whatsoever to support your statements. I know you believe this stuff in your head, but where is the actual proof. Please list the part of the Constitution that defines income tax as corporate. Article/Section/Amendment? Please list the part of the Constitution that says you cannot pay your taxes until your grievances are addressed. Article/Section/Amendment? Please tell us how the 16th Amendment was not ratified. It looks to me like it was. I know you are going to claim the Ohio statehood arguement, or debate punctuation and grammar, or some other nonsense. But let's hear it anyway.
  9. Welcome!
  10. Well, that is not entirely true. You are free to exchange uppers, but you should retain the original upper so that you can readily return the firearm to its Form 1 (or Form 4) configuration. If you are going to make a permanent change in the firearm's configuration, you should notify the NFA Branch of the change so that the firearm's description can be updated in the NFRTR.
  11. The Goodman fairgrounds show was this weekend. There is a RK show Feb. 14-15 at the Ag Expo in Franklin. There is another RK show in Smyrna at the end of Feb.
  12. Mixture of stainless, black, and one 2-tone. I don't discriminate.
  13. Well, everybody is entitled to an opinion, but that is some of the most ridiculous crap I have ever heard. It goes against many of the basic rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Well said, sir.
  14. In the wallet. Right behind my DL.
  15. I, too, would like to see this magical part of the Constitution that allows us to not pay taxes until grievances are addressed. What article and section, or amendment?
  16. Yes. If the lower was already registered as an SBR by a previous owner or manufacturer, you will not need to engrave your info on it.
  17. AOW transfers are $5. If you are going to make an AOW via a Form 1, then that would be $200.
  18. Welcome!
  19. If you mean the cards themselves, as long as the ORI address is the same, then they will be alright. Now, if the cards already have fingerprints, and have been signed and dated, then I do not know for sure. CLEO signatures are good for a year, and they want photographs made within 6 months of application. I can't find anything about fingerprint cards. If they are only 6 months old, I don't see any reason why you could not use them. The worst thing that can happen is the examiner would have you send in a fresh set.
  20. Employee fills out the top part, and provides the forms of ID from one or more of the lists. Employer fills out the rest of the form. One should have been completed when you were hired. If not, then your employer could be found in violation of law if INS ever does an inspection on their files.

    Ruger Mini14

Most of the comments in this thread are on par with others I have seen about the Mini-14. I wish I could add my own experience with the GB model I bought about 15 years ago, but it is still sitting in the box, unfired. Maybe one day, I will actually get it out and shoot it. I do occasionally take it out and fondle it..........the Mini-14, that is.
  22. The I-9 is a standard form that employers use to verify eligibility for work. It has been around since the mid 1980's. Every employer is supposed to have one on file for each employee. Your employer should have had you complete one when you were hired back in 2000. If you did not fill one out then, this may be the reason you are getting one now.
  23. Nevermind. Already out of stock. Crazy stuff!!
