  1. He should make it right. It is the seller's responsibility to properly package items to ensure their delivery. Shipping those in a plain envelope is ridiculous. Hopefully he will replace them or refund your money.
  2. Ah, I see. I was clicking on the wrong link on the page. Thanks.
  3. Man, you really have been out of the loop.
  4. Interesting. I wonder why they would delete that alcohol section. Where did you guys get bill verbiage? Nothing shows up on the state website: http://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/billinfo/BillSummaryArchive.aspx?BillNumber=HB1118&ga=106 . I am not sure the other law would apply the same way. TCA 39-17-1321 deals with someone "under the influence," while TCA39-17-1350©(2) says "consuming." Yeah, kind of a bad bill concerning the alcohol provision in c(2).
  5. Well, the stimulus bill has just passed by Congress and will go to the Pres for his signature. I doubt any provision of HR45 was in there, but I guess we will find out for certain in the next few days.
  6. Well, HR1118 says that it will lift certain restrictions, but doesn't specify what they are. No bill summary is available yet. Personally, I don't see them lifting the alcohol restriction in c(2).
  7. The guy was Daniel Itse from NH. He is a NH State legislator, and not a member of the US Congress. I am not sure what he would know of what was in the stimulus bill. ETA: HR 45 (Blair Holt bill) still shows as being in committee:
  8. It says NOLLE PROSEQUI (which means he was not prosecuted).
  9. Usually $10 to get in ($9 with coupon). Not sure about admission price for the kiddies.
  10. Post the information. The CA has no problem posting ours.
  11. Opinions on holsters are like opinions on guns. I can only speak for my own personal preferences. I don't like paddle holsters. I find them uncomfortable having the paddle stuck down my pants. I have seen people pull the holster out with the gun during a draw (done that myself), and I have seen the paddles break off during weapon retention exercises. I especially don't like Fobus paddle holsters. I find them to be quite flimsy. I think you would be better suited with a good quality leather OWB holster. YMMV.
  12. Annette Bening and Linda Fiorentino! I may have to check that one out.
  13. Joaquin is going to wind up like his brother. At least he wasn't like Crispin Glover: "I'm strong. I can kick!" [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALapHYNSmoA[/ame]
  14. Okay. I knew WalMart did not permit open carry, I was just curious as to what was illegal about their policy.
  15. Out of curiosity, what is illegal about Walmart's "policy" concerning open carry?
  16. It's always Marsha! Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!
  17. Nice! CCR does great work.
  18. They usually have "No loaded weapons" signs posted.
  19. I got my packet about a week or so after getting the license.
  20. Congrats on getting the license. Mine only took about 3 weeks, as well.
  21. Make a bunch of copies. I have never signed my original C&R license. I suggest you keep it unsigned.
  22. Well, that is a better response than I got from my legislators: Rep. Sherry Jones, and Senator Jack Johnson. I sent both of them email 3 days ago regarding this Commercial Appeal HCP database, and urging them to support the appropriate legislation. Neither of them have even had the common courtesy to respond. Bums.
