  1. I am not aware of any federal law specifically regarding carry on Greyhound buses. I guess they could post their property with the proper signs in states that require them. Corporate policy is a different story. From the Greyhound website: ETA: Also, you may want to do some research about gun laws in Gary. I know that is not a very gun-friendly town, and if Indiana does not have state preemption laws, then there may be some more restrictive laws than the rest of the state.
  2. No. The new carry regulations only applied to parks under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service. TVA property would not fall under that regulation. They would make their own rules and regs.
  3. Trolling? Absolutely. I thought Ralph G. Briscoe had registered with a new name.
  4. Love the Hi-Power. Hate the camo.
  5. Sorry, I misread your join date. You meet both requirements, and should be able to post in the classified section. I don't know why you are having problems.
  6. You have to be a member of TGO for 30 days, and have made at least 50 posts, in order to post in the classifieds section. You meet the posting requirement, but it looks like you do not meet the 30 day requirement. You have several more days to go. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8995
  7. Nice! You don't see too many 9mm P220 pistols.
  8. TVA is a federally owned corporation, so any property they own would be federal property. TVA has its own police officers that patrol TVA properties. They train at FLETC down in Georgia, and are considered federal law enforcement officers.
  9. I have had no problems with their 9mm and .45ACP ammo. I would definitely buy again.
  10. Me neither. Now I have another 8-legged creature to worry about.
  11. HCP class certificates are only good for 6 months. You will have to retake the class. ETA: Do some shopping around in your area for other instructors. You should be able to find a class for a less money. You might also explain you situation to the prior instructor, maybe they will offer a discount if you take the class from them again.
  12. The federal tax has increased $.62 per pack. Supposed to go into effect April 1st, but it seems that cigarette companies have already applied it. I guess they need the money ready to go on April 1st. ETA: tnmale46 already posted it.
  13. 2XL for me. Preferably in tall size, if you can get them.
  14. I have a Valentine One, as well. It is an excellent radar detector, and has saved me several times. However, it couldn't save from a Metro officer with a laser. Laser detection is just false security. You might get lucky and pick up a bit of the laser from another vehicle, but 99% of the time, when the laser detector goes off, you have already been busted.
  15. I love The Onion.
  16. I hate anything with more than 4 legs. I really hate anything with more than 6 legs. ALL SPIDERS MUST DIE!!!!!!!!!! What I have in my house, that I really hate, are those damn house centipedes. I know they are supposed to be beneficial, but the hell with them. They are ugly, fast, and have way too many legs for me to be anywhere near them. When I see them, I kill them with fire.
  17. Sorry for the thread hijack. It is hit or miss finding uppers nowadays. If someone gets uppers in stock, they usually sell out very quickly. If you are familiar with Bravo Company, I would get on their email notification for the LMT and BCM uppers that they sell. Both are excellent quality uppers. Bravo had some BCM middy uppers in stock yesterday, and they were sold out within minutes. You have to act fast in the current market.
  18. They're nice..................if you dress like a mariachi.
  19. On the Form 1, you should list the primary caliber you intend on using. ATF will not accept listing "Multi" in that section, even though that is what is says on some lowers. You are free to change calibers, as long as you can readily return the rifle to its Form 1 configuration. If you make a permanent change to the rifle's configuration, then you need to notify the NFA Branch so that the info can be updated in the NFRTR.
  20. Lowers do not need to have "Multi" engraved on them in order to use other calibers. (I quoted you anyway. )
  21. Internet Rule #765346: Any extreme story written on a website with "blog" in its name is fake. Read it. Learn it. Live it.
