  1. +1 The Laserlyte rear sight laser, though interesting, is a poor design. You are going to have to adjust your grip on the pistol in order to activate the laser. That is not so good. If you want a laser, I would definitely go with the Crimson Trace grips. They activate just by using a proper shooting grip on the pistol. No need to momentarily alter your grip, or your draw from the holster.
  2. Correct. That one was too easy.
  3. I'll throw another one in the mix:
  4. Some clues: 1. She is the daughter of the film director's wife. 2. She is looking at the search results from the "spiders." 3. When they don't use "spiders," they may use their "sick sticks." 4. If you don't guess from those clues, then you are definitely in the minority.
  5. Sorry, no.
  6. Correct! Great movie.
  7. If it is already registered on a Form 4, then it can be transferred to an heir via a Form 5. If it is not currently registered, well........then.........you're SOL. Just don't post pictures of it tomorrow (sans barrel) like some moron did last year, a day after posting the same question you did. :-\
  8. Correct. Even if you followed the TFFA, you would still be committing a state crime because your items are not registered on the NFRTR. The TFFA is a complete joke for gun rights. It is just a feel-good states rights statement. Nothing more.
  9. 39-17-1322. Defenses. — A person shall not be charged with or convicted of a violation under this part if the person possessed, displayed or employed a handgun in justifiable self-defense or in justifiable defense of another during the commission of a crime in which that person or the other person defended was a victim. [Acts 1994, ch. 943, § 1.]
  10. Sorry, no.
  11. I'll throw one in:
  12. The Waterboy?
  13. The M&P 15-22 is nice, but I prefer the SIG 522. The SIG has the telescoping/side-folding stock, and uses BDM mags (where the S&W uses their own mags). BDM mags are available pretty much everywhere. A downside to the SIG is the lack of sights.
  14. Welcome!
  15. I like Mil-Comm MC-25 (cleaner/degreaser). Smells good, non-greasy, and water based for easy cleanup. Then I lube it up with some CLP.
  16. Cool website. I've never seen a breakdown of the markings before. Going to bookmark that one.
  17. Looks like an Arisaka. It's difficult to tell the model (type) of Arisaka from the pics.
  18. Looks good. I have an Aholster for my LCP. I love it.
  19. It's a security clearance for working around nuclear materials.
  20. Nice. :-\ So, because it has a large expansion chamber and end caps, it is a silencer. I guess I better dispose of all my empty Coke bottles. Sometimes I wonder what really goes on in the FTB offices.
  21. Pretty interesting. I am not far from you. Nolensville Pk & OHB.
  22. I won't be any help, either. I own seven SIGs.
  23. You are good to go with 5.56 spec ammo. Go by what is stamped on the barrel. Ignore what is on the receiver.
