  1. Informative review. You should sign up for a Yelp! account (http://www.yelp.com) and post your review. Get the word out about that place. I use Yelp! all the time, checking reviews before I go to a restaurant, and posting reviews of my own.
  2. Thanks, everybody for the comments. I have compared the prices of Dish and Direct, and they are comparable, so price really isn't a factor. Honestly, I leaning towards Direct, but I have heard that their on-screen guide is not as user friendly to use as Dish. Anyone have any insight on that? Unfortunately, no. I have heard good things about Uverse, but I have no idea when it would be coming to my area of Nashville.
  3. Well, I am seriously considering switching to satellite TV and giving Comcast the boot. I would like to hear of anybody's experience with Dish or Direct. Any comments are welcome: installation issues, channel selection, reception issues, customer service, billing problems, etc.... Let me hear it all!
  4. Hmmm. I'm going to hold off until I see some reviews. I have not been too pleased with the COD games that were not done by Infinity Ward. And it does not appear that Infinity Ward is involved with Black Ops.
  5. I'm sure she would.
  6. That is all I have ever used. Works great!
  7. Yeah, IE sucks. I don't use it unless I absolutely have to. Firefox is the best browser out there.
  8. I put my security settings back to normal, and have been surfing TGO for a while now, and I have not received any further warnings from Avast. I will be honest, though. If the security is that bad with the banner ad software, I am going to continue to block them.
  9. I'm away from the house, but will check when I get back. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I am not even going to do that. This morning, my anitvirus blocked a "malicious URL" while loading a page on TGO. I'm leaving it blocked in Firefox, and I have my IE security settings cranked up to maximum (blocking all links, banner ads, etc...). If that doesn't stop this crap, I guess I will have to use my iPhone to look at TGO.
  11. No warnings about file downloads, but about 30 minutes ago, my Avast! antivirus blocked a "malicious URL" while loading a page here on TGO.
  12. Yep, back to doing it again on Firefox.
  13. Google wasn't the only one that did not like it, my Avast antivirus detected and blocked it as well. Anyway, glad the problem has been found and fixed. Hopefully, Google will quickly take TGO off the "attack" list.
  14. Yeah, I have that on Firefox, but don't usually enable it since I like seeing the ads on TGO and supporting the local vendors and sponsors, but I might have to enable it if the problem isn't fixed. I still don't think that will fix the "attack site" warning that I am getting.
  15. Yep. That is why I hate using it. I noticed that the banner ads are gone, and I have not had any more alerts since then.
  16. I don't think so. My antivirus software alerted me when I logged onto TGO yesterday. It stopped some sort of malware from accessing my computer as the TGO site loaded. Whatever the problem is, I hope it gets fixed soon. TGO is unviewable in my Firefox browser: I still get the "attack site" warning, and when I select to ignore it, TGO loads in a basic vertical format that makes viewing next to impossible. I am using IE to view TGO..........and I really hate using IE. I refuse to change my Firefox security settings, so I guess I will keep usind IE for only TGO. Did I mention that I hate using IE?
  17. "Pre-ban" means that the upper is in the original configuration (w/ flash suppressor, bayonet lug) that was standard on ARs prior to the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban. "Post-ban" uppers will have the flash suppressor and bayonet lug removed. 6.8 SPC is an excellet deer round, and will serve you well in that capacity. Stag is the house brand for CMT (Continental Machine & Tool), and CMT makes a lot of AR parts for other manufacturers. They make a very good product and a good price.
  18. I would go with a 1:16 twist, that seems a more proper twist rate for the shorter (and lighter) .22 rimfire bullets. Most .22 rimfire target barrels I have seen are at 1:16. IMHO, a 1:9 is too fast of a twist rate for a .22LR bullet.
  19. Yeah. I am also getting the "attack site" warning using Firefox. I opened TGO in IE, and my Avast Antivirus blocked some sort of malware or virus from accessing my computer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Nasty!!
  21. +1 Ice Pirates is good, cheesy fun.
  22. Big +1
  23. Interesting concept. Particularly if I had a Glock 18, or wanted to SBR my Glock 17.
