  It is free to play though you can pay to accelerate your progress.     Check out the youtube vids, it is GORGEOUS for a free game. They had gotten funding from about $1.5mil in donations, aye, the fan base is still going strong! My ONLY two complaints that I've seen so far without having played it is that it uses CryEngine 3, which I wished they could have worked something out to get the Frostbite engine as even the trees don't go down when they're run through. The other thing is that the mechs don't go critical if they recieve enough damage, that really kinda bothers me. BUT a cool factor is that the game is set in a 1:1 progression rate for the actual timeline. 2013=3050, which means by the time they come out with some downloadable content it will be related to the Clan invations.

I would get a 700 and convert to accept AICS mags, kits range from $150-350 pending company though this is a biased opinion as I have a 700. :p

I don't want the kit, just a pure piston driven AR. I am fascinated by them and really want one, just wanted someones input whom has had some trigger time on one and if there were any problems I should be aware of.

Pretty much as the title describes says, what say ye fellow TGO'rs? I haven't meddled with them and see they make probably one of the cheapest entry level piston gun so far.

Plans are already in the works for a custom build that a good friend of mine does, his dad is a programmer and fools around with the hardware on the side and has ever since he was a kid. His current PC has an 8 core CPU and 30GB of RAM, course, he said he's got about a DDM4's worth invested in his gaming computer, lmao. He built me a shopping list and it's going to cost me about $600 to get the gaming PC I want that should do me for several years.

What I'd be doing to myself :rant: :wall:

I haven't had at home a computer for some time now (hence the five day intervals in my updates on here since I have been doing them from work) and am just NOW getting around to fixing the darned thing and as luck would have it you can't just get the power supply anymore as it is a specialty slim model they only made for a few years. I contacted Dell directly and spoke to their "parts dept" and that is the info I was given, SUPPOSEDLY she was going to submit my file to Dell to see if there is anything that can be done though I'm holding my breath...  <_<   So I have a computer that is useless and the only way to get all the memory that is CURRENTLY on it is to piggyback(slave) the HDD to a new computer. Just awesome.   :shake:
