It's my first venture into big bore AR variants. It'll be used for TN Black Bear as well as a hog/ram bonus on an elk hunt I'm taking this fall out in NM

There are currently 70+ Items on the prize table! Some small items, some large items! We will be using a random number generator and using your shooter number (that practiscore assigned when you registered) to pre-draw the prizes. What this means for you is no more 2 hour prize table drawing in 95 degree heat! You will be able to come by the covered shed anytime after lunch and pick up your prize if you are drawn. We will do the firearm drawing during the standard score arbitration time period as well as the firearm raffle drawing during this time frame. Looking forward to seeing everyone July 9th!

ETA: For all those that will ask, I got to DQ myself before firing the first shot today ...My Revo was placed in the glove box, when I picked up the weapon to exit the car, the hammer spur hung the edge of the box and the gun rolled out of my hand. It was like slow motion as it left my hand. The good news and lesson for those that handle their firearms, if you drop it, let it fall. Had I tried to continue reaching there could have been an AD while trying to grab it. It doesn't make the DQ (my first and hopefully last) any easier to deal with, but knowing the "what could have happened" didn't happen.

May 25th, 2016 TN Action Pistol will be hosting an IDPA match at Sumner Gun & Supply in Gallatin, TN. Setup at 5pm, new shooters meeting 5:50, shooters meeting / announcements at 6pm, rounds down range just after announcements.
