  1. The Guys at LASR are great! I use the LASR software and a SIRT pistol religiously in my dry fire practice. If anyone needs more info or wants to get the software, pm me as they are one of my sponsors and I'll be glad to get you hooked up with them. They are shooters themselves, and are great folks to work with. I haven't found a software that works as well or is as easy to get going as theirs.
  2. Fun stages today. Lots of opportunity to shoot on the lean lol
  3. Happened to me at a match in Georgia. I opted not to go hot, which is totally within the rules, just in case I needed to step outside the stage boundaries for restroom, safe table for equipment check, ect. Plus my routine is to chamber check and after all, we are creatures of habit and I like my pre shoot routine.
  4. We will be postponing (Not Canceling) the Sumner Gun & Supply Wednesday Night Action Pistol matches. I will be updating regularly the progress and happenings that occur and assure ALL of our fellow shooters and followers that we (Tennessee Action Pistol and Sumner Gun & Supply) are dilligently working toward making these matches successful as well as a fun, competitive, and above all else a friendly and enjoyable environment. Weekly updates to come, and feel free to email or message me for all details and how to get involved.
  5. I plan on it, just depends on me getting off and back to Nashville in time. I know they had a list of about 10 folks to shoot and were full as of last Tuesday. If you haven't talked to David, pm me and I'll give you my spot as I'm already classified, was just gonna shoot it for a spare division. Let me know

    ...

I quit going to the Lebanon show a few years ago. Its only a 20 minute ride for me, but even with free parking its a bust. Last one I went to there was slammed full of folks, but like you said prices were insane. Seemed like most vendors were trying to pay for their tables the rest of the year off one sale...Got a deal on a Glock 34 last year at the Murfreesboro show, but it seems deals at gun shows are as rare as finding a pot of gold at the foot of your bed when you wake up.
  9. lets try this again...   Stages:http://www.mctsclub.com/~mctscl5/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/MCTS-Indoors-31815.pdf

  16. Welcome
  17. Scores to be posted soon. Fun stages and good competition tonight! Thanks to all those that came out and those that helped setup and tear down! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Edit to above, if they are re routing at 109 and 70 head toward Lebanon (70 east) take first left onto Cairo bend road. Turn left onto academy road at intersection. Right onto Bradshaw, Right on Bates, right onto 109. Total of 15 min delay this way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Fyi a wreck on highway 109 north in Laguardo. If you are coming from I40 up 109, take back roads around it. You can take Old Laguardo road, right turn on Double Log Cabin, left turn on academy, right turn on Bradshaw, right on Bates then right on 109. This will put you out north of the crash. Message me if you need more info Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. The weather looks like its going to hold off (just rain) in Gallatin until 10 or so tonight, so the match is still on. Stopped by the range this morning and they have no plans to close early, so game on!
  21. I will be checking the weather and with the range to keep everyone up to date on Wednesdays match. As always, we will shoot as long as the range is open. Check back here as well as Facebook for updates Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Also, this is the first match under the new rule book, so be ready for some reloads on the move! Let the tricky biz begin! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Dale, Looking forward to having a fun match Wednesday. The diagrams of the stage have the potential to be moved or arranged slightly different on site due to safety concerns. For example if shooting the left target from the right side of the barricade could cause a round to hit the wall, we may at that time reposition the target, or require all shots to be taken from one side. We will of course go through the stage descriptions and allow time for a walk through, but in short: Stage 2 the shooter will have the option of which side of the barrel to shoot from, and could even choose to shoot from both sides if desired. Slicing the pie will allow you to stay within cover, and still engage the targets in the order you see them. Stage 3 the shooter must engage the targets visible while using the door frame and wall section as cover before advancing to engage any other targets down the hallway.
