  6. No inserts needed by me...I may need a file and a dremel though!
  7. That'll work. I don't have a set that open enough. Thanks
  8. Does it have 32nds on it? I'm afraid it's gonna be tiiiiight
  9. By chance does anyone coming have an IDPA test box? I'd gladly trade a cold Gatorade or water for a quick fit test.
  10. I have a couple Bladetech mag holders you can run if needed...
  11. I can see it now- Meadows Tactical Mittens
  12. Can you do that while princess jumping through a stage??? That alone is worth the price of admission
  13. Sounds like a Super Trooper squad
  14. And that is why I like shooting with you! You know just what to say when you get 2 PE's on the same stage for bonehead moves to help you get over it
  15. I'm planning on it as well, i'm hoping for a confidence booster before heading to Tulsa that week!
  16. I'm running Lee dies on my Dillon, and while I don't SS wet tumble, I do media tumble, then soak with Lemishine and dawn. Brass comes out better than new looking and have not had any issues.   if I read correctly, you have a new resizing die and it still is scratching the brass? If so, sounds like the issue is somewhere else. Not sure where but makes me think its not the die.    Do you lube the brass by chance?
  17. Most of the "scenes" I've witnessed are due to one of two things. They either think they are better than others (ego problem) or its to attempt to make up for shooting poorly. Either way it's a lose-lose situation and all that comes from it is damage to the sport and fellow competitors. Nothing makes a person new to competitive shooting want to come back and play again like witnessing someone acting stupid because they think they are entitled to... Let your shooting speak for you, and if you have a bad day (which we all tank stages/matches at some point) take it as a learning and training opportunity to get better.
  18. We've got a new expert on board! Congrats and wish I could have made it. I'd likely be homeless if I came to shoot after being out of town for 3 weeks...
  19. I have a spare if you are interested. Bought it from a buddy selling his AR and you are welcome to it for considerably cheaper than they can be bought. I'm running the same mount on my coyote gun with the P223 and it's perfect for me. Stock all the way out, then one click in and eye relief is golden for me.
  20. I've got the P-223 and love it. Great product for the price, nice and clear glass, and like cannoncocker said the SpotOn app is pretty cool too. Takes some guessing out of the holdover
  21. It's an IDPA sanctioned match. Supposed to be a good one!
  22. Welcome to TGO and thank you for your service
  23. Outdoor Junction (I think it's called) just past the Cookeville exits has generally had powder and primers everytime I've passed by there. I now make it a point to stop in and grab some Tite Group everytime I go by. Reasonable prices last time I shopped there.
