Just thought I'd share a video from the 22 TCM. If you are unfamiliar with the round, it's a .22 cal projectile in a shortened .223 case fired out of of a double stack 1911. In this case they were 35 grain soft point copper jacketed projectiles coming out of a 4" barrel. Shorter barrel nets around 1850 fps, and you get the bonus of beach ball sized muzzle flash with near zero recoil. Ran the video after our weekly match for a trial run as I just finished tweaking some things on this one. Seemed to run like a top! https://youtu.be/obzP_Vqc1lQ

Stages are set and looking like fun! Bring out you pocket gun or race gun and have a good time as we always do.

I was going to wait till next week to post this, but if y'all like Chevy Chase's Christmas Vacation you will appreciate this! We will also include other Christmas themed stages guaranteed to entertain! Our last match of the year on December 16th will be a fun match themed around the movie Christmas Vacation and other classics! As you can imagine this is gonna be all sorts of fun!! This is also our toy donation match where we have reduced the match fees to $5 + $15 or more worth of new, unwrapped toys. We will be donating the toys to a local group that will distribute to some special kids that wouldn't have had a Christmas this year. It's our chance to give back and help those in less fortunate situations. It's not by any means mandatory, the standard match fees will apply if you choose not (or forget) to bring toys. Look for a range loaded with Christmas trees and crazy stages. Stages Teaser: "Sh***ers Full" "You shot your eye out" Safe shooters always welcome, full mags and NO CONCEALMENT required!

Just an early December reminder. This will be a fun match for a great cause. The new indoor safe duelling tree will make its first appearance as part of the fun match. You can also bring toys to any of the matches up until the Dec 16 match so it's not a last minute thing. I'll make a record of all those that drop off along the way so we are square on the 16th. Tennessee Action Pistol will be hosting a plate rack challenge match this Wednesday the 18th. Match setup is bracketed double elimination with the potential of running 2 brackets. If there is time there will be some "Grudge Match" plate rack races at the end to wrap up the night! There are 5 plates on the rack and a pepper popper, mags/revo 6 rounds max. If you miss you will have to reload! It's a heads up man vs man race. Shooters will start low ready. This is a great match for beginners and advanced alike. We are proud to be using Newbold indoor safe targets, and are the only match in the area doing so. No need to worry about getting hit with shrapnel or rounds fragging!
