  1. Yes. But it scared the living #$% out of me. I was pulling out of a drive on a downtown street in Charleston SC. I must have looked 10 times as I crept out to pull onto the street. On last look to my left as I eased onto the road and bang. I was barely moving but the bike was under the front of my van and the rider was laying in the street. I was a teenage girl. You just can't be too careful. All this talk about assaulting people. I want someone to find themselves in this position, they will change there tune in a hurry. It just puts a fear in you that is impossible to describe.
  2. I am a biker and was involved in a bike vs auto accident. I was in the auto. Luckily no one was hurt, but it was the bicyclist fault for riding on a sidewalk. They were sighted and I was let off.
  3. 200 Lead SWC over 4.8gn of WST and a WLPP. I have shot thousands of these, and have several thousand in ammo cans. If it works don't #$%^ with it.
  4. Tiling over vinyl on a slab is doable. Providing the vinyl is solidly glued. I have tiled my entire first floor (also in the Shelby Forest) some of it had vinyl. I has been down for over two years with no problem. A good thinset is a must.

    Ar 15 Optics?

That is an interesting setup. I was looking at Nikons m-223 setup that is similar. Looking forward to a range report.
  8. Love mine. It is a never sell.
  9. I agree. Brian is friendly and the Smith is a grouch. I was in there once and a call came in one of the guys answered it on a cordless phone. You could tell he didn't want to talk to whoever was on the phone. When he hung up he started ranting about the caller, "What does he thing I am, yada, yada, he should just come down here and look. I don't have time for this (*&." I was stunned.
  10. And the moral to the story is; don't trade firearms at Guns and A$$ holes. As has been said it is much better to sell it yourself then barter with cash.
  11. Nice, I have one. It is a fun little pistol. I have had a Ruger MKII forever. 22's are great fun and really cheap to shoot.
  12. I have a PT145. Now it is no 1911 but I have been pleasantly surprised with this pistol. It is reliable, accurate, and carries well.
  13. Actually I someone in camp asked me why I had blood on my face. Then it started to hurt.
  14. Range USA. No issues, the staff is excellent. They have womens only classes as well.
  15. I respectfully disagree. I started with a single stage Rockchucker Master Kit, and I later got a Dillion 550. I think a single stage is a great way to learn the process. I still load lots of ammo on my Rockchucker. I do load my 45 on my Dillon. I have been using 4.9gn of WST with a 200gn SWC for many years. 45ACP brass almost never wears out. I quit counting the reloads years ago. Just my 02.
  16. True. I can't remember a single shot I have taken at deer. Even when I scoped myself with a 45-70.

    IS $599 TO HIGH

    High.
  18. I have one in 308. Very accurate lots of fun.
  19. My Henry H001T is one of my favorite rifles. The action is super slick, it is accurate, and looks great.
  20. I have been using laser caste 200gn swc's in my 45acp. I buy them off their site it save on shipping. 45acp is a easy to load cartridge. I have been using 4.8 to 5.0gn of WST, and WLP primers with any 200gn swc I could find for many years. I use a Dillon 550 but started with a Rockchucker; which I sill have. As has been said learn on the single stage and then move to a progressive. A sturdy mount will make your reloading much easier. I had a "Bubba" buddy once. He mounted a single stage press to a work bench with about a dozen drywall screws. I just shook my head.
  21. Looking forward to meeting you.
  22. I just couldn't bring myself to vote for ANYONE that stars on a reality show....................................
  23. My only problem with this rifle is that they used a long single stack mag that you are not able to top off while it is in the rifle. Also I think the barrel should be a couple of inches longer. Just my two cents.
