Robert; I made assertions that Zman profiled TM by his behaiver ect., go back and read the 911 log. Look at what Zman says about trayvon. I've decided that you or anyone else (outside a moderator maybe) is not going to run me off TGO as so many others have left. Some people on here thrive on throwing people under the bus and can't stand the fact that some opinions differ than others, and don't fit some peoples agendas. It seems that no one can have an opinion WITHOUT PROOF other than a few selected individuals here. I am smart enough not to bring a gun to a fist fight! I'm not the one on trial here!   I'm only trying to have a decent converstion here, but that seems way to hard for some people. If I sided with Zman...ya'll would be fine with that! It's sombody's talking point, but not mine. Granted (no arguement from me) this got tuned into a race issue from the get go. I DID NOT DO IT!!! IT WAS NOT ME!!!  In my opinion me, myself, and I, think (by the FACTS that I've read) beleive, that Zman PROFILED TM and not racially. Do you beleive he did? Do I really need to go back through the transcripts and write it all back out? I personally believe he profiled him based on his TM's actions, dress an past occurences in his neighborhood.   Yes, the 911 tape is FACT...go back and read it, then read the definition of "PROFILING". I agree 100%. But where did Zman racially profile TM?  Just some of Zmans comments on the 911 tapes, raises a red flag in my OPINION! That's all any of us have..and opinion.   DS

Hey, I'm just telling you what TM's dad said last night. I'm not going to repost Zman's transcripts from his 911 call, because the good Lawyer "Andrew" has. Go back and read it.   Here's the legal definition of "profiling";   Profiling; noun : the act or process of extrapolating information about a person based on known traits. Specifically: the act of suspecting or targeting a person on the basis of observed charactersting or behavior.   Dave S

For those who may have missed the Tracy Martin interview last night on HLN, it was pretty good. Part two is tonight. In Tracy's mind, Zman profiled Trayvon from the get go. We'll see what happens in court today and part two of the interview tonight.   DS

It sounds like you had an adventurous day! I don't much care for the little spotted fawns taking to the water. I've had to rescue a couple that started drowning. I'd just a soon the little ones keep their hooves on dry ground!   DS

HLN (Head Line News) will hold an interview with Tracy Martin (Trayvon's dad) at 9pm tonight. Should be pretty interesting.   DS

Did some fishing this morning at Cross Creeks and the Cumberland River. Cross Creeks impoundments were still and stagnant, no water flow at all. I got no bites (I was fishing for Bream and Cat) but one other person reported catching a bluegill. I hit the River with live Skipjack for some big cats, and it just didn't happen (if it's under 20 pounds I don't want those peskie dinks). Didn't catch any. Summer sun and heat is taking it's toll!   There was not enough current in the river to jug fish and since jug fishing Cross Creeks Refuge is illegal, we didn't bother to toss any jugs.   Will give an updated report tomorrow! Area assignments and fishing permits are required for Ft. Campbell. Just a heads up, TWRA fishing lakes are much more productive and way cheaper that Ft. Campbell!!   DS
