I agree with you here Robert for the most part. My point being with Zman, is; if you make a statement on video, make absolutely dam sure it's the SAME as you put in writting! I think you leave too many gaps for the jury to fill in. The Pros is gonna beat that to death!    Dave S

Ignore me if you want. I'm basically making a statement based on Zman's statements to police. I really don't care if you ignore me or not as that doesn't change he facts in this case. And I'm not "trolling for kicks" as you put it. Just clarify Zman's video and written statements to me.    Dave S

I went back and re-read his written statements twice and again, he mentions no on-looker prior to the shooting as he stated in his video. He does mention an on-looker "after" the shooting in his written statement to police. Which statement is true? Zman made them...not me!   Dave S

According to Zman's own words, his statement to police doesn't mention a witness prior to the shooting. I may have missed it....I'll go back and re-read it.    Dave S

In Zman's own handwriting, witness #6 showed up "after" he shot TM (go back and read Z's written statements). The "onlooker" seen Zman sitting on top of TM holding his arms down. The on-looker said "I'm calling 911" Zman said "I don't need you to call 911, just help me hold this guy down". How much help did he really need to hold down a 140 lb kid taking his last breath? They should have rendered some kind of aid. It would go better for him now in my OPINION.   Light the torches boys!   Dave S

Two sound/voice experts (now not allowed to testify) says it was TM that was screaming. I beleive it was due to not having voice comparrisons of either person to test, was the reason they will not be allowed to testify. A victory for the defense! But, the jury will get to hear it on the 911 tape and in opening arguements.     Dave S

Yes, we at work donated to TM's fund. Whoopity doo! Hey Jack, the jury may change my mind with their verdict. The Pros and Def may do it with evidence. Until then we only have our opinions. I was merely stating that If I was a parent who lost a child as the Martin's did, I would want answers! How far the Martin's chose to go, you would choose to go, or I would choose to go to get those answers is an individual thing. I'm sure as I'm sitting here Robert (and I hope none of us have to experience this) that if it were your child, when would you stop trying to get justice for your child who was shot and killed walking home from the store? If it was my child, I'm most likely be in prison right now! Maybe your feelings about your children differ than mine. My kids are my whole world.  Putting words in my mouth again....I don't KNOW if Zman is guilty or not. In my OPINION he killed someone and the circumstances of that shoot sound flakey to me. Zman created this whole mess and he has to live with his decision of using his gun. It's his mess and he has to live with it. He's the one on trial, not me!       As to you wanting "answers"; that a rather strange statement from you given that you've made it abundantly clear that you "KNOW" Zimmerman is guilty AND that you want him acquitted so that he can live a in poverty and hounded until someone murders him.       DaveS

THe only evidence worth anything is TM is dead, and his parents wanted to know why? I'd want answers too. And, if the police told me my kid was walking home when he encountered Zman and got killed? There's a probem..and some toes are going to get stepped on!    Dave S
