I'm a TM supporter, but this whole case is the biggest fiasco I've seen in forever! I've seen all the evidence, heard all the testimony, and even though I have my own opinion of Zman, this whole thing is a joke!

She changed it from "aggravated manslaughter" to 3rd degree felony murder. Just wow.....

Plus Aggravated Manslaughter (death of a minor), Discharging a firearm causing the death of another.   I guess they are going to cover all the angles to put Zman in jail!

If the flashlight they showed in court was in fact Zman's, it was big enough to use as a weapon. Why did he not use it?

Somehow, I seem to remember that Zman shot and killed TM. We don't know if Zman "flashed" his gun at anytime during this altercation. He may or may not have. I'm so glad he ain't taking the stand. That way we'll never know the real truth, and I don't have to listen to the doughboy wimp whine. No matter how this skuffle came about, if TM would have shot Zman, ya'll would be forming a lynch mob! The kid with the hoodie would be guilty then too!! Just my two cents!   Dave

I don't think anyone posting here is wrong. We all have our opinions. There has been some pretty good evidence thrown out there by the defense. I'm seeing that the prostitutions case is BS in it's simplist form. I'll wait on the verdict!   Dave
