He brought this whole thing on him self. All he had to do was answer a few simple questions about his weapon and be on his way. But he refused, and left officers no choice but to do what he did. I also think he will have a hard time convincing the judge that the gun was in a locked case.   Dave

Channel 5 this morning said that Embody represented himself in court yesterday, and told the Judge the Police had NO RIGHT to arrest him. The Judge said "yes they did", and bound him over to the Grand Jury!   So much for that huh?   Dave

Has to be 10 years old to take the course. If he is over 10, you can get him a "Apprentice License" until you get his HSC. The course is offered free statewide. I hope this helps. If he is under 10, you may take him hunting but will want to supervise him.   Dave
