Nothing personal against anyone, but why would you add your "Boss" to your FB friend list?   DaveS
  3. It's been many years since I've been frog gigging! Never have used a gun of any kind. Always a gig.   DaveS Crack'a American

This question came up on a Fishing Forum I belong to:   Do you think an employer should be able to visit your facebook page and then discipline you at work for something you said or did on Facebook?     I'm not working, but I think my Facebook page (and/or my personal life) is no business of my employer. I think he would hear some things he wouldn't want to! Looking on a potential new hire's Facebook page would be ok in my opinion. Trayvon Martin?   DaveS
  5. Sir; when you placed your signature upon your license, you, with your signature, have agreed to the laws as set forth by the State of Tennessee. That signed license is your AGREEMENT. Let's do this experiment; next time you renew your drivers license, REFUSE to Sign it, then come back and let us know how that worked out for you. And by the way, you don't need a "Drivers License" to write checks in TN. Any photo ID will work. Give up your drivers license and get a state issued ID card. With one of those you don't need a DUI check. See how simple that is?   DaveS Crack'a American
  6. Please pull it up for me. I'm kinda slow. PLEASE?   DaveS Crack'a American
  7. Point well taken Sir.... DaveS Crack'a American
  8. Could losing your car be a part of the punishment? I don't drink and drive, so such law would not phase me one bit. It's only going to bother those who do. The old saying "if you can't do the time, don't do the crime" holds true here as well. Nothing will ever stop people from drinking and driving, but maybe losing a vehicle will work as a deterrent. To make anything work, the judges are going to have to grow some nads and throw the books at these people.   DaveS Crack'a American
  9. What's cool though is I have seen "pink glocks" but never a pink 1911......   DaveS Crack'a American
  10. Sir; reach into your hip pocket and take your wallet out. Now open it up. There Sir, you will find (hopefully) a tan colored card with the word "Tennessee" printed across the top. Look down toward the bottom center of the card. See your SIGNATURE there? BINGO! You have a signed contract/agreement/implied consent. I bet you forgot about that right?   DaveS Crack'a American
  11. I'm not a racist by no means, but I personally have no use for those nasty middle eastern countries or their nasty people! JMHO!   DaveS Crack'a American
  12. Go Peay! Wasn't that game like sending a high school team to play the New England Patriots?   DaveS Crack'a American
  13. Sir, you have totally blown out of proportion what I said. Take the cars from the drunks, because taking their license isn't working. That's a great idea though. Run a background check before you sell them a car. See if they can legally drive/buy one.   DaveS Crack'a American
  14. I agree Mark. But it happens with firearms, boats, houses and vehicles (in some cases). Why not DUI? Sir, taking their license is not working. Take their car and pay them for it, they'll buy another with change left for more beer. Take their car and give them nothing...at least it will give them something to think about.   Now I'm not talking the guy who had a beer on the way home from work. I'm talking about the person who is so damn stinking drunk they can't stand up. Better yet, if they are driving on a suspended license from a previous DUI, Take the car, sell it and donate the money to MADD.   DaveS Crack'a American
  15. I don't agree. sell drugs out of your house, lose your house. Sell drugs out of your car, lose your car. Commit a hunting/fishing violation, lose your car. Get a DUI..."Sir, here is $15,000 for your car". I don't think so....They're all crimes. Punish likewise.   DaveS Crack'a American
  16. The only thread I know of that stayed on track for like 19 pages (+-) was the ones regarding Trayvon and George Zimmerman. That was epic!   DaveS Crack'a American
  17. Don't you mean the proceeds going to the state? Why reward the drunk POS?   DaveS Crack'a American

  25. Well I did it. I have sold out. Reloading is not for me any more. I sold presses, scales and tons of stuff. $60.00 and I delivered it to a fellow TGO'r in Nashville! To me was not about money, but about helping someone get into reloading.    I'm happy, happy, happy!   DaveS Crack'a American
