  1. Very nice of you. Maybe some of our members will take you up on your offer!   Dave
  2. You may be right Davetn, but those are chances I'm willing to take. Fly your drone around my property at window level and it's coming down. Can't shoot him out front (too many houses) in the side yard and back yard is fair game. The sum%^%$ lives in a subdivision (4 houses and about 150 yards away. He has no business flying his damn drone around my house.   No more argument on my part...   Dave
  3. A lot of what you say is right Dave. But when he violates my privacy with his drone that's another matter, and has nothing to do with being X or current LEO or, my HCP. I'll take my chances! Sorry...It's no difference if a lot of folks shoot the neighbors dog or cat that comes in their yard, drones are no different. Yes it's against the law.....sometimes the law must be broken to get a message across.   Remember, as with all laws, when you break them, you have "Intent" and "letter of the law". Where would blowing a peeping drone out of the air fall? As far as I know (local, state and federal game laws) it's not illegal to shoot a drone on your property. I guess now new laws have to be written. I most likely would never cuff anyone for shooting a drone on their own property. However, I would advise the idiot that lost his drone that since you were flying it on someone else's property, that I would consider it a "civil matter" or he could go the prosecutors office and file charges depending what I was advised by a supervisor to do. But cuffing someone? Not likely!   PS: You keep talking about LE looking at the video. Unless his laptop is recording it, there will not be enough left of his drone to recover the video. Just the way it is!   Dave
  4. I have a feeling that it's going to be one heck of a game!   Dave
  5. We have a guy that moved into the neighborhood recently who sits out on his back deck with his laptop and flies a drone (quad) around and over our houses. To me, it's a safety issue. Me and my next door neighbor thinks he's doing it because of the number of pools in the area. We're going to have a talk with him the next time he does it. Several months ago I was goofing around on here and jokingly declared the airspace around and 200 feet above my house a "no fly zone". Now I mean it! I'm with TMF...I'll shoot it down in a heart beat!   DaveTN; there is a big difference of someone flying a model plane or helicopter that crosses the boundary's, even if equipped with a video camera. But when someone's drone seems to be interested in looking through your windows.....well, that little machine has to die! The owner of it can take me to court if he wants the remains returned!   Dave
  6. Thanks OS, That what I was asking.   Dave
  7. I don't know the laws, but I heard that for anyone to "'resell" ammo as they are, they have to collect tax again. Is this true?   Dave
  8. Omaha! Omaha! "fat man up the middle"..Go Bronco's!!   Dave
  9. Stay vigilant fella's!!   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uzae_SqbmDE   Dave
  10. How is it Raoul?   Dave
  11. I use a charcoal/wood smoker as of now, but am going to buy an electric one. Me personally, I wouldn't have a propane smoker, mainly because I wouldn't want to get half way through smoking and run out of gas. That's just me though. You should always have electricity unless you go camping. You'll need a generator or charcoal smoker.   Dave
  12. If he did in fact kill bigfoot, I want him charged for killing an animal (?) in which there is no hunting season, killing an animal (?) that is endangered or thought to be extinct and killing a humanoid type animal (?). He's already confessed, now lock him up!!!   Dave
  13. Thanks Mike.   Dave
  14. Who's nutnfancy?   Dave
  15. Totally Awesome Steelharp!!!   Dave
  16. Maybe our Hometown 2A hero will put on his body armor strap on a pistol and throw an AR across his back to walk  up and down the street in front of McGavoc High. He would get all the attention he wants! I do have a feeling he'll be there in some form or fashion.   Dave
  17. Two guys were shot and killed in the parking lot of this walmart last night. I hope it wasn't "Ammo Boy".   Dave
  18. May I add to that by saying, "If he don't show up in a minute, I'll be walking out!" This cold would be awful hard to deal with. I haven't even been Rabbit hunting. No motivation!   Dave
  19. I will not watch that POS. Hardcore Pawn is on!   Dave
  20. JWC; they're spreading anyways!!!   Been there done that!     Dave
  21. What ever happened to good ol' chicken drippins?   Dave
  22. It didn't end well for her huh? lol   Dave
  23. Now wait a minute....TWRA says the hogs are spreading. TWRA also says the new hog regulations are working and they see a decline in the population and distribution of Feral Swine. So which is it TWRA???   Dave
  24. The state of TN however says; that the hog program is working and they have seen a drastic decline in the hog population. I call BS on this as I'm seeing hogs now in places I've never seen them before! Right on their own WMA's!!   Dave
