If I felt so scared that I needed a vest (or handgun for that matter) to leave the house, I'd just stay at home. Get you a CCW Badge and the bad guys will leave you alone. It advertises you carrying just the same, and probably won't get the attention of LE like a vest will!   Dave

Here are a few of my favorite trail cam pics. These are not trophy deer, but a few of my interesting cam pics. I hope you enjoy them. Where and when? Two or three WMA's? Do you know a few land owners who don't charge out the a** to put you on "the list"? Feral Hogs have more restrictions on them right now than any other game animal out there!   Dave

So are Feral Hogs but we don't kill them! The eggs of ground nesting birds is like chocolate to a hog!   Dave

That place is pretty nasty! People don't realize their junk is lighter going out than going in. I spend a tremendous amount of time picking up liter on Fort Campbell and Cross Creeks as a volunteer with the USFWS, stuff we shouldn't have to do. I mean come on, what's so hard about carrying an empty soda bottle or worm box out of the woods? I get a big smile on my face every time the Game Warden I do ride-a-longs with breaks out the ticket book!   TVA shut the Steam Plant down a few years ago because of people littering. They'll do it again if we ain't careful!   Dave

I'm still trying to figure this out. Why place a block of wood in the mouth of a dead animal and tape it down to keep it from bitting. That's an old trappers trick to keep from getting bit. It's fine what y'all say, but I don't buy it! Stuff like this just angers me to no end!!!     Dave

I understand that. It's illegal to dump carcusse's. If they didn't want the coyote they should have never killed it. At the least remove the block from it's mouth before throwing it down. The "anti's" love this stuff. Why don't we hunters keep giving them fuel for their fires? It's senseless! Explain to PETA and the Anti hunters out there that it was already dead. They could care less if it was or not. That's just more ammo for them to fight us with!!! And I have NO USE for jerks who dispose of wildlife like this!!   Dave

The problem is dumping of dead animals on public land is against the law! That's the problem. I've seen so many tickets get wrote over this it isn't funny. You just have to catch them is all.   Dave

I'm a Taxidermist and you don't have to block anything's mouth open for a mount. People do that to hogs with a stick to hold it's mouth open to get a picture showing it's tusk. This is nothing less than animal cruelty and has been reported.   Dave
